Hotel staff and location were outstanding. Rooftop bar was a plus! Rooms were clean and serviced each day.

Exceeded all of my expectations! Stayed for 3 nights in April 2024, and was pleasantly surprised upon check in by the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff (the check in process was very quick!) Rooftop is insane with 360 views of Florence (and there was barely anyone there during my stay!) I had no idea breakfast was included, but it’s an EXCELLENT breakfast buffet that will please North Americans, Brits and Europeans alike. The ladies inside make a mean Americano too ;) I took my breakfast at the garden poolside area which I highly recommend. Birds chirping, sun shining, surrounded by greenery enjoying morning coffee! Pool was nice and clean (a little too cold to go in though). Room had an amazing view with windows that fully open & even a small little courtyard (I didn’t go out there but it’s probably ideal if you’re a smoker). Overall, excellent stay and I will 100% be back again next time I’m in Florence! Only reason I didn’t give the rooms 5 stars is the sink seemed to be clogged a bit (would fill with water quite quickly) and there was no blow dryer or clothing iron. Would’ve been great for there to be a small coffee machine as well.

I love our stay in Florence. It was by far one of my favorite hotels. The food was excellent, views and staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay when in Florence. The proximity to the céntrale train station and the local tourist area is fantastic! I highly suggest that you check out the breakfast. They have a variety of different Florentine breakfast options.

Tolles Hotel,sehr zentral und man ist schnell beim Dom oder dem Palazzo Vecchio. Zimmer sehr sauber.Hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit zwei Stockwerken und zu unsrer Überraschung zwei Badezimmern. Der Pool ist nach einem heißen Sightseeingtag perfekt zur Erholung!Parken wurde gut organisiert,ist halt teuer wie überall in Florenz,bei uns mit Fahrrädern 35Euro pro Tag.
Frühstück sehr gut,mit frischem Obst,man kann auch draußen sitzen.
Das Personal war unglaublich nett,besonders der Mann an der Rezeption!

Pros: localização, café da manhã ótimo, quarto relativamente espaçoso e o nosso tinha uma sacada legal.
Contra: não tem ar condicionado (embora nossa reserva falava que sim, me informaram que estava desligado - me emprestaram um ventilador pequeno), o banheiro as vezes tinha um cheiro forte, e o chuveiro não era dos melhores.
No geral, não é um hotel ruim, mas o custo benefício e o fato de ter feito um pouco de calor, não compensou para mim.

We were stunned by how lovely our room was. Fantastic location, in the heart of all the activity. Tonnes of restaurants and stores all around. Right next to the plaza. Would highly recommend.

Wir waren als Familie im Hotel und durften ein Familienzimmer über zwei Etagen bewohnen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, auch wenn mir eine kleine Garderobe am Eingang gefehlt hat. Leider war die Verglasung der Fenster sehr dünn, so dass wir Samstag-Nacht unfreiwillig auf der Straßenparty dabei waren. Ansonsten wirklich schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse (für alle Influencer bestens geeignet ;-)). Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön sortiert und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

A un passo dalla stazione eppur tranquillo e riservato. Imperdibile la Colazione in veranda nel verde , e una pausa post shopping a bordo piscina.

Hotel bom.
Excelente localização. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e espaço agradável. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos.
Apenas não classifico como excelente porque o quarto família, no qual eu fiquei tinha dois problemas. O banheiro do quarto do andar superior muito pequeno, chuveiro fraco. Também não havia porta nesse quarto do andar superior, que tinha cama de casal, que dizer, nenhuma privacidade para o casal.
