Charmantes kleines Luxus-B&B in der Nähe der Kathedrale mit 2 sehr intimen Zimmern
Dieses charmante kleine Luxus-B&B, das nur wenige Schritte von der Kathedrale entfernt liegt, hat nur zwei Zimmer - aber was für welche! L'Italiana ist eine prächtige Mischung aus Zartheit und Romantik mit ganz italienischem Design, ganz im Sinne des Dolce Vita; und das andere, La Spagnola, ist energisch und warmherzig, mit lebhaften Farben und starkem Temperament. Ein sehr intimer Ort, an dem das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer eingenommen wird. Der Komfort und die Dienstleistungen erfüllen alle Ansprüche. Die Auswahl ist einfach und das Ergebnis von hoher Qualität. Ein kleines Eden im historischen Herzen der Stadt.

I'd stay again but ask for a different room next time as the location is so perfect it was very convenient and affordable.
The room was not organized one of the two nights. The breakfast is not well represented in the posting on the website.
Only two pillows prepared, while there was additional pillows in a closet without covers.
No blankets; only a cover that was smaller than the bed size.
When I communicated to the owner about the dust, partial clean only to the locations mentioned. We then continued to find more dust.
An iron was delivered, but without an iron table. it was not promptly delivered.
The owner was communicative until I raised issues about more dust. When I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience; they were muted.

This place made my days in Florance very un pleasant. it did have good A/C and comfortable bed. The balcony was overrated.
We paid as requested; and we did not receive what we paid for.
This was a very disappointing stay.
Nice situation by the cathedral but even though quiet location. Can be OK for a holliday if you are aware of what you are getting, but definitely not for a business trip.
