Super Lage und sehr sauber. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und der Besitzer gibt einem auch Tipps. Zimmer sind groß und haben Klimaanlage sowie Fliegengitter, sodass das Fenster in der Nacht offen bleiben kann für die angenehme Luftfeuchtigkeit.

Had a lovely stay at the Piccolo Apart Residence. It has a perfect location in Florence, close to the Duomo and Galleria dell'Accademia. The apartment was great. Spacious, air conditioned and had all the amenities you would need. The host was super accommodating and had great communication. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (in tutto eravamo due adulti e due bambini) in questa struttura per quattro notti. Non posso non dare il massimo delle stelle per vari motivi:
- Ubicazione perfetta per chi vuole visitare Firenze a piedi visto che si trova davvero a pochi passi dal Duomo, ma anche venendo in macchina si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage autorizzati presenti nelle immediate vicinanze.
- Accoglienza eccellente. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza e disponibilità assolute. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa lui c’è. E per questo lo ringrazio ancora.
- Pulizia costante.
- Studios elegante e fornito di tutti i confort.
Senza alcun dubbio, quando ritorneremo a Firenze sceglieremo di nuovo questa struttura.

A very nice Appartement. The Host is friendly and helpfull. The Hotel is in the center of the city, so it's possible to walk to all af the Sightseeing attractions in a view minutes. I really recommend to stay here!

Proprietario super accogliente e disponibile, posizione centrale per potersi muovere a piedi in qualsiasi direzione. Appartamenti puliti e grandi! Super consigliato.

Hele fijne studio, hartje Florence. Mooie hoge plafonds. En als je de deur uitstapt, zie je direct de Dom.
Alles op loopafstand.

Enige minpunt was het erg lage hoofdkussen, moest een handdoek onder om prettig te slapen.

Un emplacement exceptionnel, à 2 pas du Duomo.
Nous avons été accueilli par Taro. Il est très agréable, serviable et très disponible.
L'appartement était climatisé, ce qui était très agréable avec la chaleur de l'extérieur.
Nous recommandons vivement !
