Fantastica esperienza in questa struttura. Io e la mia amica abbiamo usufruito anche della spa e di un massaggio eseguito con mani esperte. Poi una cena ottima e al risveglio una colazione ricca con vasta scelta tra dolce e salato. Personale educato, disponibile ed efficiente. Lo consiglio

門口有服務生會過濾進飯店的人
房務也非常好
一天會進房間兩次
還會幫忙整理私人物品
浴室也整理的非常乾淨
水也給的很大方

房間雖小
但是服務很好

This hotel blew my mind few times! It's in a very convenient upscale neighborhood, and the property is beautiful and classy. They even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon trip and every day left us snacks and gifts for us to enjoy. On the last day, we even got a colombo (Dove) for Easter which we took the the airport and ate while we waited for our canceled flight. I thoroughly enjoyed being here and all the staffs were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Can't wait to come back!

Posti bellissimi, raffinato e con una bellissima atmosfera inglese. Consigliatissimo il ristorante Cibreo è favolosa la spa!!!!

位置挺方便的
就是工作人員不靠譜
問他們哪裡有好吃Pizza的
然而給我們指引的地方卻沒有Pizza吃
這什麽回事

一行二十多人想喝個酒
一開始說能安排餐廳
結果是被安排在Lobby
可是我們人多會很嘈吵
再問之下說看看旁邊的酒吧
被帶著繞了一圈
走上一樓再回到地下
來到旁邊的酒吧
明明外出往右走就到了
偏偏要繞個大圈
到了酒吧
工作人員才開始溝通
結果還是不能安排
真是令人抓狂

明明房間是插卡的智能系統
我拿到房間鎖匙竟然不是智能卡
而且還只有一條
2個人1條鎖匙超不方便
更不要說原來不能用鎖匙鎖門
大概鎖膽壞了

設備殘舊那些都是預料之中
唯一優點就是Ipad的音訊能連電視
在意大利住了這麼多酒店和B&B
也只有這間才能直接連接
可惜也只有音訊
畫面還是不能

床頭有USB可以直接插
非常方便
衣架量多
但掛衣間附近沒有電位
需要自行把咖啡機拔掉才能用蒸氣機
沒有浴缸
浴室比較細

明明12點才是Check out時間
可是早上10點開始就一直有人想把我的房門打開
還有
最大特色是電梯不是方形
空間超少

早餐選擇較少
味道也較一般
我是吃了一點再外出吃個正常的

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Italy. We were a family with older kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite , it was ver generous in size the 4 of us were lost in the space , very comfortable, clean, attention to details. The spa was a bonus . The only comment I would make is about their breakfast, there weren’t many options that are for celiac diet and there was far too much of cold meats and pastries not enough fruits and varieties of food. I would stay back with a doubt absolutely loved the place an stage location is 10/10.

Excellent location, right in the center, spa is amazing and deff you should visit it, great place to relax. Service was very good from reception to restaurants.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de Florence à proximité à pieds de la majorité des monuments, magasins et restaurant incontournables. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, toujours prêt à conseiller ou rendre service. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons.

All’inizio della vacanza sono arrivata in Città molto tardi. Senza troppe speranze ho fatto richiesta per il servizio in camera e mi hanno decisamente stupito la cortesia del personale e la qualità del cibo che poi ho ritrovato la mattina dopo a colazione. Grazie ancora e a presto!

Durante la mia vacanza a Firenze ho scelto quest’Hotel per la storia che ha da raccontare e le ottime recezioni, senza però sapere niente del Ristorante. A colazione tanta varietà e cibi freschi di giornata, a pranzo e a cena al Ristorante piatti ricchi di gusto e tanta tradizione sempre molto apprezzata. Che altro dire? Mi sono innamorata e mi trovo qui a scrivere questa recensione in modo da dare più rilevanza a ciò che questi ragazzi fanno tutti i giorni: bravi bravi, farò sicuramente passaparola ad amici e parenti in vacanza in città.
