Sehr schöne Zimmer, moderne Bäder, zentral gelegen und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. 100 m entfernt ist ein Spar-Supermarkt.
Achtung: Das von anderen hochgelobte Frühstück wird nicht mehr angeboten. Um die Ecke sind 2 Frühstücksbistros.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à l'écart du tumult de Venise tout en étant très bien placé.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. In an easily accessible location to walk wherever needed in Venice, highly recommend!

We didn't stay in the hotel, we had to check out of our room at a sister residence and Palazzina Fortuny stored our luggage and let us stay in their lobby until our water taxi arrived. If the rooms match the lobby, then this would be a very nice hotel to stay in while exploring Venice. The staff are great and very helpful.

Un excellent séjour de 5 nuits.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du personnel.
Vous avez rendus notre séjour encore plus magique.
La chambre était très confortable ainsi que la partie salle de bain !
Le petit déjeuner est aussi excellent, pour tous les goûts aussi bien sucré que salé !
Et l'emplacement est parfait !
Je reviendrai !

We slept in the residential area which called Residence La Fenice. Few minutes from the hotel. We arrived very late but the apartment took our breath away: it was well designed, equipped, clean and big right by the Venice opera house and not far from Saint Marco square. The bedrooms were big and we slept like a log. I’m trying to book it again to the next December. I want to mention Giovanni who helped us a lot.

If you are coming to Venice you should definitely consider Palazzina Fortuny as your hotel. I can't say enough great things about the staff and hotel. They were very nice and helpful, the rooms were brand new with great AC and in a terrific location. They also offer a great breakfast buffet in the morning that you don't want to miss. I will only stay here my next visits to Venice. Thank you for a great stay

Great central location. The room was spacious, functional and spotless clean. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have a great breakfast buffet: it is not huge, but it is more than enough and the quality is really good.

Excellent hotel, the staff was very friendly and looked after us very well, the breakfast was also great. The location is excellent, right in the middle of San Marco, yet very quiet in a side alle. All the famous sights can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. There is a large supermarket right next door.

Outstanding hotel in a great location. The room was modern and clean, air conditioning worked great during the heat wave. Staff was terrific and helpful, everything from helping us perfect our Italian pronunciation to walking us to the canal slip when it was time to take the water taxi to the airport. Highest possible rating!

Incredibly sweet staff, and wonderful location. We booked the Terrace Suite, which has a private terrace overlooking the rooftops of Venice. It was lovely to have wine and cheese (purchased at the super close Despar supermarket) on the roof at night after a long day of touristing, lol.

Great location. 10 mins to St Mark's Square. 10 mins to Rialto. Supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. Nice little souvenir shop just a few steps away. Fortuny museum just a few steps away. LOCATION is great

Lovely stay. That being said, pillows could be more soft, but that's more personal preference than a critique.

Would stay again!!!
Jet tub is lovely. Private terrace is FABULOUS

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are beautiful and super clean. Location is amazing and easily walkable to Saint Marco Square and Rialto bridge.

Accueil chaleureux de Lara qui s'exprime dans un très bon français, de bons conseils, chambre au top, services de qualité et à proximité de la place Saint Marc. Un week-end au top merci pour tout, nous reviendrons chez vous lors d'un prochain voyage.
