Parfait pour visiter Venise entre la place St Marc et le pont du Rialto!chambre spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire même un mini bar! Au 1er étage c'est bien car les escaliers sont raides...c'est une chambre annexe à 5mn de l'hôtel avec code d'entrée dans un petit immeuble et dans une ruelle ...

sehr eckelhaft und nicht zu empfehlen!!!
Bilder täuchen stark, Zimmer extrem renovierungsbedürftig und Bettwäsche stinkt nach Abfluss / Der Rezeptionist ist ein sehr unsympathischer haufen (sry für die ausdrucksweise) aber ist so.

My order was canceled one week before departure on the pretext that the credit card could not be verified. But the same card was successfully used to book the other 6 hotels for the rest of my easter holiday. There is a strong suspicion that the hotel is doing the cancellation to increase the price!

Positivo: Buena ubicación, calefacción en la habitación.
Negativo: la habitación nada tenía que ver con la imagen que aparecía en el anuncio. Nuestra habitación estaba junto a los cuartos donde los limpiadores guardan las cosas y se escuchaba muchísimo, como si estuviera dentro de nuestra habitación. Si llegas antes de las 14:00 h te suben las maletas a la habitación: me desapareció una chaqueta y cuando dejamos la habitación, ya en el aeropuerto, me llaman y me dicen que me he dejado la chaqueta en la habitación...la cual nunca estivo alli. Relación calidad-precio: es caro

El hotel esta bien ubicado y tiene buena relación de precio calidad.
La persona de recepción muy amable, entregó mapa con información y sugerencias de lugares para visitar y comer.
Las habitaciones limpias, de buen tamaño e iluminadas.

È situato in una posizione davvero stupenda, a due passi da tutto, è probabilmente questo il motivo per il quale metto 5 stelle oltre il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera anche se superior non aveva il bidet e il letto matrimoniale era composto da due materassi singoli (però non erano scomodi, è giusto un appunto). La camera superior ha uno stile antico tipico del posto ma allo stesso tempo era pulita e non trasandata, il bagno era proprio nuovo nuovo. Abbiamo trovato un asciugamano macchiato ma può’ capitare. L’unica vera “delusione” (oltre all’assenza del bidet) è che nessuna delle finestre dava all’esterno e quindi al massimo ci si affacciava sulle scale di ingresso della palazzina ( per un soggiorno di una notte nemmeno ci si fa caso ma sicuramente è una cosa che pesa in soggiorni un po’ più lunghi).
Cassaforte a combinazione presente.
Frigobar pieno presente.
Forse visto che si trattava della stanza superior mi sarei aspettato di trovare delle ciabatte usa e getta.
L’host è gentilissimo e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per goderci al meglio la nostra permanenza.

Hotel super bien placé dans venise nous étions dans l anexe de l hôtel mais l accueil à été très bien .
On nous a aidés pour trouver des choses à faire restaurant bar les lieux incontournables bref une belle découverte allez y les yeux fermés chambre propre à notre arrivé.
La literie confortable je recommande fortement

We stayed here for two nights and had a mixed experience. While the service was really good, they helped us with our luggage, allowed us for an early check in and the hotel is situated at a prime location with many eating options around the corner and easy walk to the main attractions but the room was really small and the shower had no space to move or bend which defeats the idea of showering.

Excelente ubicación entre puente Rialto y Piazza San Marco. Umberto super agradable nos facilitó un mapa y nos dio indicaciones antes de llegar. Habitación triple grande y decorada muy bonita. Baño completo con ducha, secador y gel/shampoo. De 8 a 10 ponen cafe, te y galletas gratuitamente. Toallas y sabanas al igual que todo muy limpio. Sin duda volveremos.

Jakość adekwatna do ceny. Świetna lokalizacja, miła obsługa. Pokój bardzo malutki i słychać w nim odgłosu z sąsiednich pokoi i z korytarza. Dobra opcja na nocleg w Wenecji, który nie będzie kosztował majątku.

La cama auxiliar es muy pequeña. Por lo demás la habitación muy bien y la ubicación perfecta.
El trato ha sido excelente. Recomendable ???? para dormir en Venecia.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles perfekt.
Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns unzählige Tipps in Venedig und die umliegenden Inseln gegeben.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Venedig.

La habitación es muy reducida al igual que el baño. Si tiene problemas para subir o eres obesidad va a tener problemas para entrar al baño. Por las noches apagan el aire acondicionado aunque abren las ventanas. El servicio es muy bueno, tiene café disponible. La ubicación es excelente y solo por eso volvería a repetir.

Nous revenons de 4 nuit dans le logement Espresso et ce fût un vrai bonheur.
Accueil chaleureux par Hugues dès la sortie du vaporetto, petits conseils pour se repérer dans la ville avant l'arrivée au studio et partage de bonnes adresses locales.
Logement agréable, confortable, propre et très bien localisé (5 minutes du pont Rialto, 10 minutes de San Marco, au centre de Venise). Le prix restant raisonnable.
Gros avantage de ce type de logement: le coin cuisine, petit mais fonctionnel.

Je recommande vivement cette adresse!
