A hotel in an excellent location (note that it is in the ZTL area, so ask for a parking ticket at the reception). We took the room with the balcony and this is actually the hotel's balcony, which during the day is at the disposal of all hotel guests and in the evening is only for the owners of the room. At night we opened the door for a moment and a huge amount of mosquitoes and buzzards came in. This is because the hotel is right on the marina and the environment is humid.
For those who have a car - park in a public parking lot about 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Soggiorno di due notti. Ottimo hotel, posizione centralissima (più di così non si può chiedere), ottima accoglienza essendo arrivati di mattina ma con disponibilità dei gestori a custodire i bagagli. Colazione a buffet abbastanza varia, con servizio al tavolo per quanto riguarda caffè/cappuccino ecc, molto apprezzata la possibilità di fare colazione all'esterno. La location è probabilmente la migliore di Desenzano essendo che l'hotel si affaccia direttamente sul molo della piazza centrale; con 1 minuto di camminata si raggiunge il lungolago dietro l'angolo e anche l'imbarco traghetti. Camere belle e pulite, incluse di frigobar e bollitore. Unica nota negativa (ma non così negativa) è il bagno che andrebbe riammodernato con l'inserimento di una ventola per l'aerazione. In ultimo, la posizione è utilissima per raggiungere Gardaland in circa 8/10 minuti di treno. Considerando la vocazione turistica della zona, ritengo il rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto, pertanto se mi ricapita l'occasione tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare qui.

Cute little hotel near a small dock for boats. 1 minute walk from sea front. About a 5 minute walk from access to the lake to get in. Has a bar and 100 cafes nearby.

Friendly staff with good English.

Nice little breakfast and nice coffee.

Like most hotels in Italy you need to bring multiple plug adapters as for some reason Italy hasn't picked just one plug type. (Google it before you go).

Room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed.

Would stay here again!

This is the only hotel I've visited in recent years that had a useless TV. HDMI input, smart-tv are password locked, so no viewing from your own device (Chromecast, camera, smartphone).

Liebevoll geführtes Hotel in traumhafter Lage , besonders das Frühstück im Freien direkt an dem kleinen Hafen ist ein Traum.
Top Lage vor der Türe beginnt quasi die Fußgängerzone in der Abends die Lokalitäten mit ihren Köstlichkeiten zum verweilen einladen .

Hotel en Desenzano junto al puerto. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Desayuno buffet variado de 7.30 a 10h. Personal de recepción y desayuno muy agradable. Entrada a las 14h. Está en pleno centro y al lado del puerto de donde salen ferrys a Sirmione. Hay nevera en la habitación. Recomendable. Precio razonable para la zona. Tasa turística 2,50 euros por dia/persona.

een heerlijk hotel hartje centrum zonder alle bijkomende centrum geluiden. gelegen aan de oude vissershaven. bij aankomst mag je de auto voor het hotel laten om uit te pakken met een parkeerkaart van het hotel. je hebt de mogelijkheid om op P7 voor €10 per dag te parkeren als speciaal tarief en krijgt de kaart van de receptie. op 4 min lopen.

ontbijten kan buiten onder de bogen, met erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
en er is 24 uur per dag iemand aanwezig. uberhaupt het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam, dit maakt het zo fijn allemaal.

er is een lift voor max 2 personen aanwezig maar wij nemen de trap naar de 1e verdieping.

De kamer is voorzien van een heerlijk bed, waterkoker, kluisje, gevulde mini koelkast ( grote fles water €1,50) een erg fijne maar wel wat kleine douche, en nette wastafel en wc.

het hoogtepunt is "ons" balkon, zie de foto's. Deze delen we met twee andere kamers. wat een genot en aanrader om deze kamers te boeken als stel zijnde.

This is a lovely hotel in a superb location. We had a lake view room with a balcony overlooking the small port and it was well worth it. To sit in the evening after dinner, was magical. The street was quiet too considering it is so busy in Desenzano.
The hotel is situated right in the centre so everything is nearby.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, when we arrived they gave us a token for private parking about 7 mins from the hotel, which cost €10 for 24hrs.
Breakfast buffet was generous and had everything we wanted.

Gemütliches Hotel direkt am Gardasee gelegen. Die Besitzer des Hotels sind außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Unser Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem das Badezimmer. Aus diesem Grund auch „nur“ 4 Sterne.Zudem war unser Zimmer nur über Treppen zugänglich, somit nicht für Menschen mit Einschränkungen geeignet. Schön, war der seitliche Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir werden dennoch das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
