Como tatilimizde 1 gün burada konakladık, gerçekten o kadar sevdim ki keşke tüm tatili bu tatlı evde geçirseydim! Ev sahibimiz misafirperver onu çok sevdim, odalar tertemiz tarihi dokusu ve ev sahibinin zevkli dizaynı ile kendinizi bir romanda gibi hissediyorsunuz ???? Marina’nın bizim için özenle hazırladığı kahvaltı ve ikramlar-elmalı kek gerçekten müthişti ???? Marina bize çok yardımcı oldu, Como çevresinde konaklamak isteyen herkese bu tatlı oteli tavsiye ederim, bir gün mutlaka tekrar geleceğim ♥️

Wonderful place to stay, authentic with a lot of charme. Everything is just perfect, the house , the garden, the bedroom, the gorgeous decoration inside and outside, the breakfeast with every day different home made cakes and italian specialties. The place is very calme. Breakfast is served in the garden with white tablecloth.
And of course, I don’t forget Marina the host . She is very kind and professional.

Rezension als Familie (paar, baby 8Monate, Kind 4jahre)

Auf dem Weg nach Korsika haben wir hier eine Nacht übernachtet. Vorab hatten wir schon geschaut wie man hinkommt. Es lief alles problemlos.

Zimmer: wir hatten ein Dreibett Zimmer und hätten wenn gewollt auch noch ein Babybett dazu haben können. Badezimmer hatte schöne Fliesen und ein wunderschönes Waschbecken! Plus schöne wanddeko. Zimmer 5/5

Anlage: wunderschöner Garten. Lädt zum bleiben ein! 5/5

Frühstück: sehr lecker! Auf Wunsch gibt es noch Rührei oder Spiegelei. Selbst die große Tochter wurde fündig (obwohl picky eater) und liebte die Pancakes. 5/5

Uns hat der Service von der Inhaberin Marina sehr gefallen!

Zum Ort: zu Fuß kommt man einfach zum See (kleiner Mini Weg). Empfehlung hier lieber ober buggy oder Kinderwagen unterwegs sein, da zu steil

Wären gerne länger geblieben! Und kommen gerne nochmal.

Sehr schönes Hotel in altem Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit wunderschönem Garten, liebevoll restauriert, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, gutes Frühstück - unser Zimmer war schön aber leider auf eine Gasse ausgerichtet, wo relativ viel Lärm war, die Zimmer zum Garten hin sind sicher ruhiger- wir haben es dennoch genossen

A truly magical bed and breakfast that makes you feel like you’re stepping back in time. The homemade breakfast was incredible! Also, after two weeks of traveling in Italy Maria’s tiramisu was the BEST.

Tremezzo is also the most quaint location to visit all of the best Lake Como towns.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la Casa Lumaca.
L’endroit est au calme, avec un superbe jardin (quel bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner dans un tel cadre) et en même temps proche du centre de Tremezzo et parfait pour sillonner dans la région (seul petit bémol est l’accessibilité au niveau des bagages - le B&B est dans une rue piétonne. Il faut donc porter ses bagages sur une petite rue piétonne pendant 200m et ensuite aller garer la voiture dans un autre parking gratuit… cela étant, cela permet d’être au calme et loin des voitures - juste parfait pour les vacances).
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le B&B a un charme fou…
Il n’y a rien à redire. C’était juste parfait !

Casa Lumaca ist ein ruhiges, idyllisches und traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und neu renoviert. Die Zimmer sind hübsch romantisch eingerichtet und das Badezimmer blitzsauber. Die Gastgeberin serviert jeden Morgen ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück....mit frischem Obstsalat, leckeren Pancakes, Eiern, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Käse, Kaffee...schade nur, dass man nicht 8 oder gleich 10 Sterne geben kann, du hättest sie verdient, liebe Marina! Danke für dieses wundervolle Urlaubszuhause.

An Italian Dream!

As we arrived (don’t forget to ring the bell on the front door) we were warmly welcomed by the host Marina (who also lives in the house with her daughter, dog and cat, which makes the place feel
like home).

First of all she showed us the breakfast-area + our room and told us a lot about the house + how she renovated it (were she outdid herself! The rooms have the perfect mix of old and new furniture and the bathrooms are so beautiful!). Marina also gave us her number if we had more questions or needed recommendations for things to do in Tremezzo!

The next day we woke up and the whole house smelled like coffee and fried eggs (literally)!
As we went downstairs to the breakfast-area Marina and her daughter greeted us with a smile and showed us our table + brought coffee.
We sat outside in the beautiful garden where the sun already shines in the morning and the sweet cat is already playing outside.

The breakfast buffet was small but was more than enough (my favorites: fresh fruits, cheese and homemade cake)! And Marina kindly asks if you want fresh eggs.

All in all: We would come here everytime we visit Tremezzo! Because the place felt just like an Italian Dream and Marina is a wholesome and nice host!

Séjour exceptionnel. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Notre hôte a été aux petits soins, elle est adorable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, elle nous prépare des pancakes, des œufs brouillés… exceptionnel. Nous recommandons à 100%!!

A Casa Lumaca si vive un'atmosfera familiare antica, in un'abitazione ricca di storia. Un angolo di pace immerso nella natura! Camera fantastica ed accogliente con vista sui tetti del Borgo con scorcio sul Lago di Como! Colazione completa accanto al camino spento che ti fa sentire a casa. Grazie Marina per averci accolti così bene!

Lovely bed and breakfast in a historic stone home. All of the rooms were recently updated with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. Tucked up the hills and a short walk from Hotel Tremezzo.

Amazing place with stunning rooms and great host …! Everything is top. Comfortable bed to sleep , fresh breakfast for every taste. Calm and peaceful atmosphere. You will enjoy every minute. Our second stay here and for sure not the last.
