Un museo che si può definire imperdibile, ottimo specchio di un'epoca di cui è il fortunato detentore di varie rappresentazioni. Detto questo, ostenta una ricchezza che non è stata (nel nostro caso) usufruibile completamente: l'intera area dedicata agli anni '60-'80 era chiusa senza alcun preavviso e l'installazione che concludeva -prematuramente- il percorso non era ugualmente visibile. Credo ci si senta spesso in difetto a dichiarare delle perplessità in questi ambiti, ma credo sia importante sottolineare che questi ambienti hanno doverosamente bisogno di cure e attenzioni costanti e assidue, pena: l'incomprensione e la tendenza a disincentivare il ritorno.
P.s.
Sarebbe il caso di aggiungere qualche seduta lungo il percorso.

We have visited this museum for the last floor where you can find a good spot to take pictures with the Duomo behind ????
The entrance cost was around 5 euro so it’s not too much.
If you like art, I am sure you can find and admire here a lot of art works!
I think you should visit this museum!

Da visitare assolutamente per che ha almeno un paio d’ore da dedicare alla cultura dell’arte del novecento italiano ed europeo. Bella mostra attentamente curata.

Museo meraviglioso e consigliato per tutti gli amanti dell'arte.
Consiglio di prendere la guida per capire meglio un po' tutto.
Trovate opere di: Boccioni, Fontana, Severini, Modigliani, Kandisky e Arnaldo Pomodoro.

The Museo del Novecento was quite disappointing. The artworks were not aesthetically pleasing, and to add to that, the main room with the view of the Duomo was closed during my visit. The paintings and sculptures on display were of poor quality, making it feel like a waste of both time and money. Overall, my experience at this museum was unsatisfactory. I only spent 20 minutes at the museum, as it didn't capture my interest for longer. The tickets are 12 euro.

Museo davvero interessante pieno di opere d'arte simbolo del dinamismo e del futurismo. Guida molto preparata e attenta. Grazie alla visita guidata vengono forniti degli auricolari e una piccola radiolina per sentire meglio. Purtroppo siamo andati durante una restaurazione e non abbiamo potuto vedere il resto del museo ma solo una parte. Unica pecca, all'inizio del museo bisogna consegnare zaini e giubbotti e, sfortunatamente, ce l'hanno comunicato in malo modo. Per il resto consigliato!!!

Opere meravigliose. Trovare tanti lavori di Boccioni tutti insieme credo sia difficile. Il '900 italiano è ben rappresentato in particolare i futuristi. Assolutamente imperdibile per chi ama l'arte. L'unico appunto è la mancanza di un guardaroba vero e proprio, si possono lasciare solo le borse e gli zaini non i cappotti e dentro fa caldo.

Rather limited in presentation, would have loved to see a greater variety of artists, because after seeing a particular style, it eventually gets boring. P.S. At least two sections were closed.

Very disappointing museum right next to the Duomo. The only positive I found in this museum is the top floor where you can take some nice pictures of the Duomo (and trust me, you will find a lot of people trying to get their best Instagram shot there). The exhibition in my opinion was very disappointing and the staff didn't give you a very welcome feeling.

Ho visitato il museo del 900 in data 5/3.
L'ultimo piano con le opere di Fontana e la vista panoramica non era accessibile, così come gran parte del terzo piano.
Audio guida non disponibile (dicono che dopo il COVID non hanno più ripristinato il servizio...).
Non è stato possibile lasciare la giacca al deposito perché "mi spiace ma non prendiamo i cappotti".
Il tutto ovviamente a prezzo pieno.

Peccato, c'erano tanti turisti e (la mia) Milano non ha fatto una bella figura.

Sehr schön aufgebaut. Es wird sehr viel unterschiedliche Kunst ausgestellt. Man kann sehr lange durch die unterschiedliche Geschosse schlendern und hat auf dem oberen Geschoss einen schonen Blick auf den Dom.

A wonderful museum with a beautiful building that hosts many important works of 21st-century art, enhancing the pleasure of exploring the collection. A significant portion of the collection consists of works by leading Italian artists such as Boccioni, Carra, and Soffici. There is also a gallery dedicated to works by foreign artists like Kandinsky, Klee, and Picasso. We thoroughly enjoyed the collection and its presentation.

Musée très sympathique ! Vers la fin de la visite on y retrouve une grande baie vitrée avec vue sur le Duomo d'où l'on peut faire de superbes photos !

Un musée d'art contemporain qui permet de découvrir la peinture italienne du XXème siècle! Encore plus intéressant avec l'audioguide... Le musée n'est plus gratuit 2h avant la fermeture ni le mardi après-midi mais accessible en tarif réduit.

Adjacent au Duomo, un musée qui mérite de s'y attarder. Une architecture moderne dans un bâtiment ancien : une réussite. La muséographie est contemporaine et révèle toute la beauté des oeuvres. Pour ajouter au plaisir de la visite, au dernier étage une vue exceptionnelle sur la place du Duomo, particulièrement de nuit lors de la nocturne du jeudi soir.
