Recepcionista extremamente grosseiro do dia que chegamos, disse que não poderia estacionar na vaga destinada a desembarque das malas. Fez questão de sair do balcão e mandar sair da vaga onde o propósito era desembarcar as malas apenas. Precisa melhorar acolhimento. Infelizmente a primeira impressão que fica. Hotel cobra 14€ para café da manhã simples.

I never write google reviews but this time I feel like I owe it to this hotel. A last minute booking for Milan Fashionweek and the staff was extremely helpful to get me a room for the next couple of days. I was incredibly surprised by how nice the rooms were, modern, clean and with a nice view. Staff is incredibly helpful and greeted me everytime with a smile. Area is great, quiet and safe to walk around even at night time. Next time I will be at Milan Fashion week I will make sure to book the same hotel.

Not bad, but not relaxing or enjoyable either. It was mixed feelings for me. Good price and near the central station. Room was on the smaller side.

Si vede che è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è abbastaza vicino alla stazione centrale (20 min a piedi) Peccato per la scortesia del titolare che fa passare la voglia di tornare.

L'albergo si trova in ottima posizione, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale. Il personale è molto cortese e accogliente. Le stanze ampie e ben strutturate, con un bagno molto grande con doccia (grande anche quella). I letti estremamente comodi e i cuscini in lattice sono davvero apprezzati. Nella camera viene data una bottiglia di acqua naturale omaggio. Il servizio wifi è semplice da usare e veloce. La colazione tutta bio è davvero buona, non ha tantissime cose tra cui scegliere ma quelle che ci sono (che comunque non sono poche) sono davvero buone, in particolar modo le torte, i cornetti, fagottini ecc. L'ambiente poi è molto piacevole, è tranquillo, c'è silenzio e l'arredamento è curato fin nei minimi particolari.

Charmant hôtel, bien situé à 800 mètres de la gare centrale de Milan.
Réception ouverte 24h/24, personnel très gentil.
Chambre agréable, équipée d'une TV, bouilloire, coffre fort et réfrigérateur.
Literie excellente.
Je conseille cet établissement.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte presso Biocity Hotel. Ci ha colpito fin da subito subito la gentilezza e la simpatia di Silvio alla reception.
Le condizioni della camera e la pulizia erano ottime. Ho molto apprezzato l'attenzione della struttura per la sostenibilità ambientale. La zona è tranquilla e la fermata della metro dista pochi minuti a piedi. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Voglio ma non posso. Camera fredda prezzo alto per la struttura. Bagno freddo da non poter fare la doccia. Non ci tornerò.

Seppur positivo il giudizio sulla struttura piccola ma confortevole, accogliente, pulita e curata, non posso dare altrettanto giudizio positivo sul servizio alla reception infatti parte del personale ( uno in modo particolare) si è rivelato arrogante e molto molto scortese. Un vero peccato per un hotel così grazioso.

Amazing hotel, very aesthetic and clean rooms, kind and attentive staff!! Also a great location not far away from the city center/popular tourist sights!

Ottimo luogo dove rilassarsi e in una posizione molto centrale.
Colazione ottima e un ottimo servizio del personale.
Complimenti al receptionist Silvio che è una persona molto gentile, professionale e molto bravo nel suo lavoro.

Nous avons apprécié ce joli petit restaurant pas loin de la gare deMilan, on y mange de délicieuses pizzas italiennes et le service est très professionnel. Nous y retournerons à notre prochaine visite de Milan.

Premier restaurant pour notre arrivée à Milan. Le choix de pizzas est très varié et tout donne envie. Le service est bon et rapide (ils ont eu l'intelligence de nous donner des cartes en anglais). Ils font également de la vente à emporter ce qui peut être bien pratique pour une soirée posée chez soi. On y retournera avec plaisir !

Petite pizzeria 5 minutes de la gare avec quelques tables sans chichi ou on mange des pizzas vraiment délicieuse et excellentes ,dans une ambiance familiale. Je vous conseille de l'essayer!
