Binayı ilk olarak dışardan gördüğünüzde moraliniz bozuluyor, odalar berbat, konumu tren istasyonuna yakın, fiyatı çok pahalı, erken rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen otelin fiyatı son gün bizim fiyatımızdan 25 Euro daha azdı, yani 25 Euro kazıklandık. Çalışanlar kibardı, fakat mini bardan birşey kullandınız mı sorusu komikti, çünkü minibarda sadece su vardı o da ekstra ücretliydi, mutsuz olmak istiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz.

Volevo cominciare dalla prima telefonata che feci alla reception, un ragazzo molto disponibile, occupato in quel momento e mi richiamo' appena terminato con dei clienti.
Mi ha seguito nella fase di registrazione, via telefono e non lo fanno tutti, successivamente appena io ho comunicato la motivazione del mio soggiorno, presso la struttura, mi ha detto che non avrei pagato le tasse di soggiorno... Sono rimasta senza parole....
La camera tranquilla il bagno pulito in maniera eccellente dalla ragazza delle pulizie.
La colazione abbondante, e senza lattosio.
Mi è rimasto soltanto da dire i nomi Volodymyr alla reception 10000 volte
E un saluto caro alla fortunata stagista Emili sperando che impari la vera relazione con il cliente
Sicuramente farò il passaparola.

Hotel educato, pulito, silenzioso.
L'abbiamo preso come base per visitare Milano, il centro in particolare. Ben posizionato, rispetto al centro ma vicino a molti ristorantini gustosi e niente cari.
Ci ritorneremo.

Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, letto comodo, ma il suo unico pregio è la posizione vicina alla stazione. Pagato 80 € a notte (bassa stagione) per avere un bagno senza bidet e un lavandino talmente piccolo e scomodo da non riuscire a lavarmi nemmeno la faccia la mattina (stanza 40). Prezzo ingiusto per il servizio offerto.

Verry arrogant staff. The receptionist talked very bad to us, and for a minor inconvenience threatened us to sleep at the road. Don’t go there.

I am very disappointed from the experience I had at this hotel.
Me and my two sisters booked a room for 3 for our stay there. My other sister lot her flight last minute, form Milan to her stay place. So we told here to come stay with us as we were staying there for 3 night. This was an unexpected situation, and we asked for the understanding of the hotel. Where a very bad behaved guy (which had to be the receptionist of the hotel) did not permit us to let her in. Not only he didn’t permit here to come to our room, but he told us to let here on the middle of the road on midnight. We tried to make him understand that we would pay for an extra room or bed if possible but the receptionist was very arrogant, impatient, disrespectful, harsh and lacked empathy.
The location was really good, but what do you need the location when you can’t have tranquility and understanding at your stay. We felt very afraid as he kept accusing us he would sent us to the police.

The worst experience ever.
The furniture very old.
You can hear noise in every moment of the day.
Only shampoo and towels in the bathroom.
And on top of that I had panic attack from the as the person that was in recepesion didn’t helped me with my sister that was in the middle of the round as due to an unpredictable situation.
The manager helped us 2 other night but the first night was a nightmare as we were only 4 ladies in the middle of a new city without help.
Great location to be honest but I will not forget 25th of January in this hotel.

John il ragazzo della reception super scortese oltre che svogliato, direi una persona non pronta a fare questa mansione perchè super agitato nel dire e fare le cose.

:) he location of the hotel is very good, being very close to Milan Central Station. The single room is large in terms of size and has several amenities that you would expect. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly.
:( The photos I saw of the room when I made the reservation do not correspond because my room and bathroom had a different appearance, and this is bad because in addition to having booked something that I did not use, what I had was a very gray room that it was not clean in appropriate conditions and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell when I arrived, which has since gone away... Something that I noticed and didn't like at all (but didn't take a photo of) was the amount of dust in the ceiling ventilation of the bathroom.

La habitación si bien era pequeña era impecable. El baño era hermoso. La ubicación perfecta a 150 mts de la estación Milano Central

Hotel a tre stelle semplice ma ottimo per diversi motivi: posizione vicinissima alla stazione, prezzo buono, colazione ottima e disponibilità di deposito bagagli x qualche oro dopo il checkout gratuito. La camera singola è un po' datata ma ha tutto (TV, frigo, cassaforte etc).

Good Location as many have said before. It is a bit sketchy, lights kept going on and off, unclean paint job, and everything is pretty tiny. There was an alarm pull in my shower. They also mention soundproof rooms, but this is far from the truth. I could hear people walking through the halls and going up the stairs. I'm not sure I feel safe here.

Chiquito pero funcional. Nos quedamos una noche: muy cómodo el colchón, buena ducha. Muy buena atención de los empleados. Llegamos 11 am, y la habitación ya estaba lista. Luego de hacer el check out, pudimos dejar las valijas. Lo recomiendo para viajes cortos.

Clean, but old. Really nice rooms and service. Location is good although there's a lot of construction on the street. A few great restaurants in the area.

A due passi dalla stazione centrale. Personale gentilissimo. La camera però era poco pulita e veramente piccola per due persone. Il bagno era pulito in maniera più che approssimativa.

Posizione ottimale (5 min a piedi da Milano Centrale fs) e comoda per gli spostamenti, personale gentile e disponibile. Le camere non sono eccezionali ma sono pulite e riscaldate bene

Ottima posizione a due minuti dalla metro e nemmeno 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale . Personale molto gentile. Camera semplice ma c’era tutto, un comodo letto, silenziosa e anche il bidet, unica “pecca” la doccia ma non è così male.
Ottimo qualità prezzo , consiglio ;)
