It is a good place for pilgrims, but don't expect too much comfort or service. It is next door to Carmel, so the position is very good!

Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer dans le calme, à 1 seule minute à pied du Carmel.. L’accueil est sympa mais surtout le service est chaleureux. Merci mes sœurs d’exister

Pokój ciasny,materace niewygodne, do przykrycia jedynie koc. Jedzenie skromne na śniadanie pieczywo i dżem. Nie wyobrażam sobie dłuższego pobytu w tym miejscu my na szczęście tylko jedną noc

Nice accomodation fór pilgrims, near thé thé Karmel, where Saint Therese lived. Nice chlápel in thé areál, possibility of Modest meals. 8-10 min from Railway station.

Pour les pèlerins que nous sommes, génial les soeurs sont d'une très grande gentillesse, emplacement à côté de tout????????
Les chambres bien sdb toilettes dans la chambre.

When I first arrived on a school trip, I was excited for the accommodation as it had a lovely picture displayed on Google. However, when we got to the coach parking space, it was the opposite to what has been represented. The religious background I though was quite interesting, but it didn't suit for an accommodation. Dinner was served straight away and started off with some bread. Half hour later, the food would come out and at first thoughts it seemed very plain and basic. Not me being arrogant, but the money paid for this trip was very expensive therefore I personally had high expectations. The 2 nights we were there, we had bolognase the first and egg quiche on our last night. With all respect, it seemed as it if was leftovers from the night before. Looked very plain with no type of sauce mixed in. We would also not know what we were having and so it was very questionable on whether we would like it or not.

On a positive note, the room I stayed in (4 people room) had a lovely view out to Lisieux. On the other hand though, the beds were low so I woke up with sore neck each morning and the pillows were very uncomfortable, luckily I bought my own cushion that I could also put on top. Possibly have 2 pillows each for extra choice and comfort. Overall I think it is awful for the amount payed, would definitely not be going back, My family would hate it

Really bad small dirty rooms,had wee stains on my floor,dirty blankets,loud noise after 9pm with running around above me .no choice of food at anytime either breakfast or tea, stayed for 4 days and every breakfast you get bread and apple juice.too much bread and cheese,will Not be back again !!!!

Un véritable ressourcement au sein de cet ermitage. Je m'y sent libre et léger. Etablissement Très calme. Des moments de prières sont proposés tels que adoration du S Sacrément, recueillement mais également des interventions de personnes extérieures pour échanger sur la bible, évangile etc. Les chambres sont très bien. Pas de télévision ni de clim. Les repas sont très authentique s. Bref...j'adoooooore et j'y reviens dès qu'il m'est possible

Accueil chaleureux. Les sœurs sont à l'écoute et attentionnées. Le lieu est agréable, chambre avec douche et WC très propres. Chambre double (chacun à sa pièce...) repas commun ou à l'extérieur. Tout est à proximité.

Mon séjour à l'Ermitage Sainte-Thérèse a été des plus agréables. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et confortables, offrant un cadre idéal pour se ressourcer. La nourriture était délicieuse, préparée avec soin et générosité, ajoutant une touche de convivialité à notre séjour. La présence de la statue de Sainte-Thérèse dans le jardin rappelait constamment son influence inspirante sur ce lieu.

De plus, la proximité et la facilité d'accès au Carmel de Lisieux ont été très appréciées. Pouvoir rejoindre rapidement le Carmel pour les Laudes, les messes et d'autres prières était un vrai privilège, permettant ainsi de vivre pleinement notre pèlerinage dans la spiritualité thérésienne. En somme, l'Ermitage Sainte-Thérèse offre une expérience holistique, alliant confort, spiritualité et proximité avec les lieux de prière essentiels pour tout pèlerin.

C'est pas cher mais c'est la cantine au niveau de la nourriture.
Sinon l'ambiance c'est en mode Emmanuel on tappe dans ses mains. C'est spécial

Magnifique bâtisse typiquement normande, avec des soeurs au sympathique et souriant accueil. De plus, au fond du jardin, très belle chapelle dédiée à Notre Dame du sourire, chère à la '' petite Thérèse '' :)
