HÔTEL CHÉRIBOURG

Beware of this hotel!!!! We were a group of four girls booking for end of April 2024. We booked in beginning October 2023 because we needed to coordinate flights for people coming out of town as well as vacation from work for 4 separate people. Suddenly, January 31, 2024 I get a call “opps, computer error you can’t come.” Apparently, a big group booked the whole hotel. I think it’s more likely we got bumped for the group! Why else would it take four months to notice that we booked a time that wasn’t available? They offered us a sister hotel with a room that had way less amenities or to split our vacation between 2 hotels!?! So either get less for same price or pack up and move during your stay!!! No offer for a rebate, compensation or any semblance of an apology for their error upending our trip. So if you book, make sure you have a back up as they may call you and say-we have more important people coming sorry.

Très bel endroit et le personnel est très accueillant. Allez voir Marie asst gérante du restaurant quelle belle personne très très souriante et d'une grande gentillesse
