Absolutely the best location in Strasbourg to visit the old town. We had an issue with our room the first night, and they were so accommodating to upgrade us to the most wonderful suite the second night. Great service. Very comfortable beds. Lovely setting. We did not eat breakfast there, but wonderful cafes just around the next blocks. One couple in our group took advantage of their spa and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend booking here.

Un très bon hôtel bien placé dans La Petite France, service régulier pour assurer la propreté des chambres, personnel accueillant, possibilité de boire des cocktails en bar, petit déjeuner également proposé mais très cher. Concernant la chambre, la notre était celle de base, elle était bien pour 2 personnes, après on voit que l'état tel que les poignées, portes etc sont vraiment bien abîmées et ça couine donc ce n'est pas très qualitatif.

Aussi pour le minibar à l'entrée de votre chambre, ce n'est pas gratuit, dès que vous prenez quelque chose, le Room service va recharger ce que vous avez consommé, et la somme en question sera prise en compte pour de nouveau payer (5€ à chaque fois je ne sais plus)

Sinon bon hôtel mais je ne pense pas qu'il vaille ses 5 étoiles, je dirais plutôt un 4 étoiles

Fantastic location - close to everything but not too close you are on top of it.
Breakfast - Did not get the in house breakfast as it was on the expensive side, there are many options if you are willing to walk around town.
Staff - The staff were very friendly and willing to assist.
Room Size - Our room as a great size.

Splendide établissement, au cœur du quartier historique, dans un bâtiment riche d'histoire ancienne fabrique de pain de glace !
L'endroit est agréable on s'y sent à l'aise, ambiance feutrée et haut de gamme sans luxe ostentatoire.
Le tout servi par une équipe jeune et dynamique, particulièrement à l'écoute de ses hôtes.
Je recommande vivement pour qui veut découvrir '' La petite France''.
Bravo à l'hôtel Régent.

Great hotel at a great location. There are Christmas Market throughout the City but there several within 5 minute walk from the hotel. There are also many good restaurants in the area.

Nous y avons passé deux nuits en famille, très bien, personnel, très sympathique, les chambres propre petit déjeuner copieux et surtout à proximité du marché de Noël et du centre de Strasbourg. Nous y reviendrons. Merci

L’hôtel est très bien situé, propre, le personnel agréable.
Le SPA est un peu petit mais agréable avec une jolie vue depuis la terrasse extérieure.
J’enlève cependant une étoile car pour un 5 étoiles la chambre où nous avons séjourné mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

처음에는 체인 호텔로 알아보다가
유럽 감성 충만한 이 숙소를 발견하게 되어 예약했습니다.
예약하고 보니 위치도 좋았고, 객실도 마음에 들었어요.

조식은 가짓수가 많지는 않았지만 야외 테라스에 앉아
여유롭고 만족스럽게 식사했습니다.
그런데 이틀 동안 음식 종류가 달라지지 않는 것 같았어요.

객실에 햇살도 잘 들어오고, 베딩도 편안했습니다.

Amazing hotel, fantastic location... Spacious rooms, almost full apartments, super clean and well designed. The staff was lovely, helpful, speaking multiple languages. The only minus - breakfast not included in the price.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, das Zimmer war schön, das Personal freundlich. Preislich ist es für die Lage auch sehr gut.
Das WLAN ist extrem langsam. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, da man so nicht mal Websites aufrufen oder einfache Office Tätigkeiten machen kann.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Altstadt.

Wir haben ein Unternehmensmeeting im Hotel veranstaltet, freuten uns über einen sehr guten Service, leckeres Essen, tolle Räumlichkeiten und hervorragende Zimmer.

Hatten eine Junior Suite mit Blick auf den Fluss. Morgens wird man von der Sonne auf dem Balkon geweckt. Sehr bequemes grosses Bett. Grosses Bad.

Wir waren mit Baby da und können sagen, dass uns jeder kleine Sonderwunsch erfüllt wurde mit einem.gefühlten ehrlichen Lächeln.

Wallet Parking am Hotel 40€ pro Tag ist ok.

Alles in Allem eine der besten Hotelerfahrungen in Europa. Wir reisen sehr viel.

Is one of my favorite hotel, special location near center, shops, restaurants and location of child. The reception and car service top. Good food and nice drinks at bar. Good also the breakfast but only little bit expensive but good quality! Also the room this time is good big space esclusive at third floor, last floor with stairs and bad smell that enter also inside the room. small the bath room with not easy shower. But in total also this time in total good experince!
