Mooi gelegen hotel in een rustige wijk.
Het meest trof ons de warme ontvangst door receptionist Ryan (Bryan). Hij is goud waard voor dit hotel.
Puntje van zorg : de badkamer, bij het bad mis je een handvat, als steun voor de veiligheid.

This is the worst value hotel I have ever stayed - a clear case of two stars masquerading as four and charging accordingly. We arrived around 10pm to check in, there was nobody st reception. Despite telephoning the front desk, ringing the bell many times and knocking on doors, nobody came for twenty minutes. They then couldn’t find the booking. Which took another fifteen minutes before we were allocated a substitute room. As we were leaving to go upstairs they found our booking, but had given the room reserved for us to someone who came earlier. Surprisingly our room was even more tired than we were. The dirty red carpet was pock-marked with cigarette burns. The mattress so old and worn out that I woke up with a cricked neck. Our double bed was in fact two singles shunted together. The vintage air conditioning and heating unit rumbled like a hospital generator so we had to turn it off in order to sleep and being winter, wake up in a cold room. The furniture in our room looks like it hasn’t been changed since the nineties with some suspicious looking stains on the upholstery. The bathroom was cramped with one tube of shampoo and a little white bar of cheap soap in a plastic wrapper. All this and more for the normal price of well over 200 euros. I think this is one of the worst value hotels I have stayed in - I have had cleaner, more comfortable nights in a road side travel lodge. The experience has left us feeling tired, sore and stupid for paying top dollar for something that might have been acceptable thirty years ago but does not deserve to call itself four star in this day and age.

Logé au 4 ème, la chambre était très bien : grande, sdb et wc quasi neufs. Seule la moquette fait un peu vieillotte.
Bien placé : à côté du parc et à 10min à pied du tram, bien desservi par les lignes c et f qui mènent au centre ville (homme de fer).
Service aimable, rien à redire.
Je recommande

Attention punaises de lit, sans aucun doute. Mon copain et moi avons chacun ~70 piqûres sur le corps en grappes et alignées. L’hôtel n’a même pas répondu à notre email lorsque nous les en avons informés.
Au-delà de ça, chambres vieillottes.
