We had Executive Apartment on 2nd level. Top quality. Great assistance from Catherine who lugged one of our heavy bags up two flights of stairs. Unpacking car and moving to pedestrian-only zone was only a minor hassle. No dishwasher, no air con and TV did
not work, all insignificant problems in this beautiful city so long as it is not hot weather. We were worried about noise from bars and night clubs in street below but these fears were unfounded. Great location and highly recommended

Top ligging vlakbij het oude centrum, appartement is ook dikke prima. De sensor van de lamp in het halletje is wel wat vervelend, vooral s'avonds. Ook hadden wij last van lawaai van de bar in de straat die dagelijks tot 4:00 open was. Omdat het warm was hadden wij wel het raam open en daardoor dus het lawaai...

A Horrible Experience – Absolutely Avoid!

My stay at Apartment 32 was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any accommodation, and to make matters worse, it cost me $600 for just two nights. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked to discover that there was no bedspread or blanket provided in the room. In the middle of winter, this is completely unacceptable. How can you rent out an apartment at such a price without offering the bare minimum of bedding? I had to move the sofa closer to the radiator and wrap myself in my coat just to avoid freezing. A night this uncomfortable and cold is simply inexcusable.

As if that wasn’t enough, there was no hot water either, making the situation even more unbearable. Imagine dealing with this after a long day of travel—unable to take a proper shower or warm up in any way. At this price, one would expect decent service and functional facilities.

I contacted the manager, to report these issues. After a significant delay, she eventually brought a bedspread and a blanket. However, when it came to addressing the initial lack of bedding, she simply said that she had “no solution.” Such an irresponsible and dismissive response is an insult to paying customers, especially at such a high price.

A basic level of comfort is the foundation of any accommodation, even at a lower price point. Yet here, even the most fundamental standards were not met. If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This establishment is an absolute disgrace and should not even be listed as an option for rent, especially at such a scandalous price.

Perfekte Ausgangslage für einen Städtetrip. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Check in erfolgt über einen Code zum Safe. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man für mehrere Tage benötigt (Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Hygieneartikel, komplett ausgestattete Küchenzeile) das Bett kann umfunktioniert werden zur Couch mit Tisch.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Les appart sont propres, clair et très agréable, malgré des escaliers parfois hard à monter. Personnels de la réception très sympas et efficace.
Choisissez plutôt le contact direct que les services de réservations d'hôtels hotels ou autres.
C'est bien mais le contact direct c'est mieux.

Un bon restaurant à proximité de l'université et du planétarium. On y mange vite et bien.

Situation centrale ! Vous êtes à distance de marche de pratiquement tout. Appartement très propre et confortable. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

Superbe appartement avec lave-linge. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là. Comme améliorations le matelas était trop mince et pas de climatisation pendant l'été doit être difficile. L'emplacement est parfait

L'appartement nous a beaucoup plu. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement et amicalement. La propriétaire nous a montré en détail tout ce qui était important.
Nous avions la chambre au dernier étage, avec la chambre à coucher directement sous le toit.
Toutes les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses.
L'emplacement est excellent. Les transports en commun et les plus beaux endroits ne sont pas très loin.

Parfait endroit pour dormir et réchauffer vos plats. Confortable, silencieux, très propre et accueil sympathique. Service impeccable. Hautement recommandé de ma part.

Situation agréable dans la zone piétonne. Notre hôte savait que nous arrivions à vélo et a eu la gentillesse de nous installer au rez-de-chaussée. Les équipements sont modernes et il y a juste assez d'espace pour que l'appartement soit mignon et minuscule, sans pour autant se sentir à l'étroit. La petite cuisine était raisonnablement équipée et il y avait une machine à laver dans notre appartement. Il faut s'attendre à un certain niveau de bruit dû à la foule et aux restaurants voisins, ce qui n'est pas inhabituel pour un appartement situé dans le centre-ville. Je reviendrais certainement ici.
