Das Lokal wurde 1873 nur wenige Schritte von der Kathedrale entfernt eröffnet und ist eine Institution. Chez Yvonne bietet regionale Gerichte, die alle hausgemacht sind und aus frischen Produkten von lokalen Erzeugern bestehen. Der Chefkoch Serge Cutillo bietet traditionelle, aber neu interpretierte Gerichte wie sein Maki Foie Gras/Sauerkraut oder seine dekonstruierte Zitronentarte an, die von einem Team serviert werden, das sich dafür einsetzt, Ihnen Freude zu bereiten, und gerne tausend Tipps gibt. Im Hauptsaal oder in einem der Salons werden Sie die typische Dekoration zu schätzen wissen. Die Stars auf der Durchreise sind davon begeistert!

Pas de doute, un très bon restaurant alsaciens. La choucroute garnie était délicieuse avec des très bon charcuterie. Le menu enfant bien dosé. Le filet de sandre sur la choucroute était avec une cuisson parfaite. Le vin était excellent.
Je vous recommande.
Pendant la période de vacance il faut faire une réservation 2 jours avant pour être sûr d’avoir de la place à l’heure que vous souhaitez. C’est normal pour un très bon restaurant.

A group of 5, we had booked for 13:30. We’ve waited for 1 hour before we got served. The food was good and the restaurant looks good inside. There are no viable option for vegetarians.
