Wenn es um Campingplätze geht, ist dieser eine Ausnahme. Erster Vorteil ist seine Lage am Fluss Aure (idyllisch), an dem Sie entlanglaufen, um in einem Katzensprung das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 2 km, der Supermarkt 150 m und das kostenlose städtische Schwimmbad 10 m entfernt. Die Anlage bietet 140 geräumige Stellplätze und hochmoderne Mobilheime. Vor Ort gibt es Kinderspiele, Tischtennis, Boulespiel, einen ambulanten Restaurantservice, eine morgendliche Brotrunde... Kurzum eine Adresse, die Sie sich merken sollten!

Very new washing & toilet facilities.
There is a retail park is just across the road from the entrance which has some food outlets & a discount store that sells cloths, household goods & wine!
It has easy driving access to the ring road & the Normandy beaches.
Do book ahead, as they are often full apparently.
The pitches were nicely divided & secluded by hedges.
Disliked: Toilets don't have seats (on purpose), as I guess they are easier to keep clean.
That there were no hooks in toilet cubicles.
Immaculately kept site, with mature trees. Friendly, helpful staff on reception.
A lovely short walk by the river to the centre, museums and Catherdral.
A great location to visit the DDay beaches..
Would recommend.
You're in a city so surrounded by roads. This did not bother us but we were on a central pitch.
We stayed in our vw campervan, so did not use their chalets but they looked immaculate.
We didn't have children with us but there would be plenty to entertain children in and around Bayeux itself.
Apparently the sport centre pool is open to the camp site users, although we didn't use these facilities.
Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants a short walk/drive away.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. It was exactly what we wanted.
