Melhor hotel de Faro.
Fiquei extremamente impressionado com a experiência que tive neste hotel. Desde o momento em que entrei, fui recebido com um caloroso sorriso da equipa da recepção, que demonstrou profissionalismo e cortesia em todos os momentos. As instalações são impecáveis, com quartos espaçosos e bem decorados que proporcionavam um ambiente acolhedor e relaxante. A variedade e qualidade do buffet do pequeno almoço superaram minhas expectativas, oferecendo uma ampla seleção de pratos deliciosos. Além disso, a localização do hotel é ideal. Definitivamente, recomendo a qualquer pessoa que procure qualidade e conforto.

Das Hotel ist in zentraler Lage. Der Service ist unterirdisch, die Zimmer sind nicht gut konzipiert. Es kommt einem das Gefühl auf, man ist in einem Hostel und nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Der Spa ist viel zu klein und wird nicht vernünftig sauber gehalten. Wir können das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und werden es auch nie wieder buchen.

Magnifique hôtel au cœur de Faro. Établissement moderne avec une très belle décoration et de beaux matériaux y compris dans les chambres.
Service de qualité. Piscines (1 intérieur et 1 extérieur) petites mais suffisantes en basse saison. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité.

I simply can't put into words how incredible this hotel is. Don't hesitate booking it...NOW!
From being greeted by warm front of house staff through to room service and hospitality staff we were made to feel welcome by employees who genuinely wanted to be there and loved their job.
The whole hotel is immaculate, everything from the glass balconies to the fire pit and pool and all between.
Bedroom was large, spacious and well equipped with all the amenities you'd expect and more.
The food - incredible, the breakfast has such a huge and fresh selection too.

To summarise - this hotel sets the benchmark for all others - you won't regret it.
We'll be back! ????????????

4 months later and we are back! And it is STILL as amazing! Setting a trend of consistent effortless quality! ????

April 2023:
New additions to the rooftop under construction to allow more seating and comfy areas. Ice cream parlor on the ground floor gone but replaced with a bar and more restaurant facilities.
Same amazing staff, we continue to love this place! ☺️????????????

April 2024:
Still in love with this hotel, same staff make us feel more than welcome each time.
Coffee shop now open on the ground floor where the ice cream parlour used to be serving the wonderful coffee from the restaurants in house.

We stayed in the 3HB Faro for 7 nights in March 2024.
Upon arrival after our early-morning flight from London, we were tired and in need of refreshing ourselves before exploring the city. But we were over 3 and a half hours early. Despite this, we were told our room was ready and we could use it immediately! How wonderful a start this was!

The room was airy and bright, beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds with lovely linens and pillows. The décor was soft and relaxing and had a luxurious feel about it.
The large patio doors opened on to a large balcony that had a view over the rooftops of the adjoining buildings. Initially, we were disappointed with the view but then reminded ourselves that this is exactly what one would expect to see in a tightly-packed city! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine.

The bathroom was very large and well-appointed. Luxury amenities were very welcomed (Moulton Brown of London) and these were just great and added that touch of luxury you look for in such an establishment. The walk-in shower was superb; strong water pressure supplied a rain shower and/or a hand-shower. Plenty of room to properly enjoy this facility.

The turndown service ensured that the room always looked fresh and clean (and had a lovely fresh smell) each time room service visited.
A safe was provided and ample storage. There was a tea and coffee making facility and a refrigerator which was replenished with soft drinks on a regular basis.

There is an excellent breakfast service available (we opted for a bed and breakfast service at the hotel) and this did not disappoint at all! The quality and variety were simply amazing - you could not fail to find something delicious for breakfast! Ordering from your server (our server was Paulo most morning as we sat in the same area each day) was fast and efficient. Paulo could not have done more to make our mornings in the restaurant more enjoyable – but all the staff were simply marvellous. The breakfast ‘specials’ menu was perfect – I has eggs benedict most days (absolutely delicious!) but tried other items as well. There was so much to choose from that anyone visiting would have been amazed and delighted with breakfast, no doubt at all.

The spa and gym were spotlessly clean and very inviting and while there is no swimming pool (after all, this is a city hotel) there is an ocean not far away 

There is a rooftop bar and small pool area too although the unseasonably weather for our visit meant we did not use it.

All in all, this is a first-class hotel for a city break. Excellent staff in all departments; wonderful rooms kept immaculately clean by housekeeping and a perfect location. What more could one ask for? Thank you all!

Lovely break, everything was excellent.

Such an amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is also delicious with lots of choices. Very close to the Marina area and airport/train station. Highly recommend

From the off you can see and feel the pride that everyone working at the 3HB has - welcoming, passionate and ready to fulfil any request!

We stayed for 5 days over our anniversary and couldn't have chosen anywhere better to be hosted. From breakfast to our incredible rooftop dinner everything was limitless.

All of the facilities and pools are amazingly maintained and the entire hotel is spotless!

You really do get what you pay for, and more when staying here. Do not look any further if looking to stay in the centre of Faro - you will not want to leave!

We will definitely be returning and I want to thank all of the staff for a fantastic experience.

One of the all round nicest hotels I've stayed in. Top notch sauna, steam room and pool. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, special shout out to João. Great menu with super tasty dishes.we will be back soon. Only negative was the late check in (3:00pm).

This hotel has the best designed and thought out hotel rooms I have seen so far. Sometimes it is the small things in a hotel room that matter. First of all, the television did not have a red light when switched off. So it was completely dark. When you exit the shower and open the door to thw inside, the towl holder is facing you within the shower so you not gonna wet thw entiee floor. Matresses, Equipment all of very high Quality. Breakfast great but a bit small when fully booked. Sadly I did not tale picutures of the room, only the roof terrace.

Wow. Just wow. We had read the reviews but nothing could prepare us for this wonderful hotel. Our ‘standard room’ was so so special, I can’t begin to imagine what the superior rooms are like. We had a large and very private balcony with a lemon tree in full fruit, and floor to ceiling glass doors, which provided amazing soundproofing when closed.

The hotel has a spa, sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool as well as the infinity pool on the roof. The water in that pool was bracing but refreshing, and it felt very special. We came off season (February) and the weather was 20 degrees and dry, there were no issues with getting a lounger.

Breakfast is varied and delicious, try everything! The little pastel de natas were wonderful, the fruit so so fresh, the coffee dark and bitter. Don’t miss the hot food and toaster, located away from the main buffet.

We ate in both the in-house restaurants and enjoyed amazing service and fabulous food.

Truly a luxurious experience, a very romantic hotel with incredible staff.

Stunning hotel and the service is impeccable!! We used the restaurant on several occasions and the food was lovely. We actually had our Valentine dinner at the top floor restaurant and eventhough we tend to eat out for every meal, this was the best we had in Faro! Facilities outstanding, but what really stood out above all the rest is just the incredible staff, nothing, absolutely nothing is too much! Always there for you with a big smile! And this throughout every department! Management; you should be extremely proud of these men & women! Thank you so much for having us and we will be back next year!

What an amazing stay we have had. We couldn't have wanted anything more. Outstanding breakfast service, great spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, very attentive and friendly staff throughout the hotel, immaculate in every aspect. We also enjoyed outstanding food (lunch and dinner) at the Rooftop Restaurant Habito. Great location. Very attentive and friendly to our 6 year old daughter as well. We definitely hope to come back.

Le 3HB est une belle surprise !
Il est assez récent et offre des prestations top niveau : salle de sport, rooftop avec piscine, SPA, massage (en +).
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la salle de bain est très belle.
Les restaurants sont très gourmands et bien décorés. La présentation des plats est soignée.
Le petit déjeuner est un vrai délice !
L’hôtel est très bien situé et reste au calme du matin au soir. Il y a même un service de sécurité le soir.
Gros point positif de cet hôtel : le personnel.
Ils sont à l’écoute, souriants, et disponibles pour la moindre question. Honnêtement, bravo pour ça ! On devrait avoir ce personnel là partout !
On s’y sent bien au 3HB et c’est en grande partie grâce à tout ce beau monde.

The service here is incredible, 5 stars for a reason. The 4th floor rooftop is a sight to behold with sun beds, fire pit and infinity pool. Our room was full of technology which allowed us to control the curtains, lights and room service if required. Keep it up guys!
