Avoid this hotel at all cost. Pillows are deflated rags, service at the bar is terrible, the halls smell of smoke. If I could take back my stay, I would.

Excellent hospitality with a super staff. 2 mins walk to the nearest metro station. 7-8 mins on the train to Amsterdam Central station. Spacious rooms with a lavish breakfast spread.

Not my favorite property. Being welcomed by name was a nice touch from the manager, but the rest of the stay was downhill. No upgrade given despite asking when multiple suites were available on the website for booking, I found multiple bugs in the bathroom in the middle of the night, woke up to a lady barging into the room to drop off a welcome letter, they entered the room and cleaned every day despite me specifically asking for no room service and putting the sign outside the door (and each day the sign was back on the inside of the door after I came back). The only major positive I have is the breakfast buffet and the alcohol included in the club on evenings

I went to Hyatt Regency Amsterdam for the breakfast and I must say that they have many delicious and high quality options from pancakes to salty food. The staff in charge of this service was really kind, particularly, Rossana who was friendly and attentive. I definetly recommend it!

Schönes Hotel nicht weit vom Zentrum von Amsterdam. Leider sind die Zimmer zur Strassenseite durch die Straßenbahn etwas lauter. U-Bahn Station 2min Fußweg entfernt

Sehr enttäuschend. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer über Valentinstag gebucht und es hat einfach nichts gestimmt. Im Badezimmer waren noch Haare vorhanden, Staubnetze am Kopfteil vorhanden, dreckiger Bademantel unf die Krönung: Silberfische im Badezimmereingang!! Selbst nach Reklamation und versprochener Reinigung mussten wir feststellen, dass lediglich ein paar neue Handtücher hingelegt wurden. Für ein Luxushotel habe ich mehr erwartet. Lage ok und das Frühstück (32€ pro Person pro Nacht) war ganz ok. Nochmal hierher? Nein danke

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Restaurant anbei, liegt sehr zentrumsnah. Drumherum gibt es tolle Cafés und Restaurants

The rooms were slightly on the smaller side but hotel and service were awesome otherwise..located amazingly well close to metro and tram stops. Easy to get to and explore the city of Amsterdam from. The breakfast was included and it more than hit the spot. The chef is accommodating of dietary restrictions. Sometimes though getting hold of a server can be tough at breakfast service. Rooms are well stocked. Sauna and steam rooms were nice and clean and were a great recovery after long walking days in city. 10/10 would come stay here again. Regency club access was nice with small snacks and decent happy hour with food and drinks.

A very nice hotel with beautiful suits. Definitely one of the better Hyatt hotels we have visited. The staff were friendly, always polite, and accommodating. We will gladly return!

Nee, had echt meer verwacht van de service. Helaas hierdoor wat klachten die ook naar meerdere pogingen niet worden opgelost.

Stayed here with one of my best friends for about a week. We had a blast in amsterdam and to top it off everyone was really nice. We had really late night (morning) room service a few times from our drunkin shenanigans haha. Will definitely stay here again whenever I book the flight.

Hebben hier een nacht geslapen. Het viel ons wat tegen het is oké maar de prijs kwaliteit lagen naar onze mening niet op 1 lijn. Het bed was te hard. Roomservice was wat karig maar wel aan de prijs voor wat we kregen. Veder een leuk hotel maar niet voor de volgende keer voor ons
