Such a lovely place for quick lunch. There isn’t a written menu. They will show you the different meals on offer on the counter and in the kitchen and you make your decision. Like with all the restaurants in this city, you get a free dessert with the meal!
I had for main a portion of broad beans with artichoke and dill. Absolutely delicious. Dessert was creamy yoghurt with bananas, honey and cinnamon. Soooooo good.
Lovely staff all around as well. So nice!
Bring cash, as they don’t do card.

Εξαιρετικό μαγαζί με πολύ ευγενικό και ευχάριστο προσωπικό. Μας έβαλε μέσα στην κουζίνα να μας δείξει όλα τα λαχταριστά φαγητά. Τα πιάτα ήταν πεντανόστιμα και θύμιζαν σπιτικά φτιαγμένα από την μαμά. Αν είχα την ευκαιρία θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα.

The name does not lie!!! I've been in europe for 8 months now and seriously this is the most satiating and delicious food I've had yet. we came in and 2 lovely ladies showed us about 6 options for the day (vegetarian and vegan available and just as incredible). anything you order will be amazing!! they speak great english and the prices are 5-10€!!

Absolutely amazing, traditional Greek food. Very calm, clean and extremely friendly place. Food is super tasty and the owner speaks very good English. 100% recommend :)

I arrived at 2 p.m. to eat alone, two adjacent tables for two were free, but they refused to seat me there, asked me to wait until a smaller table was free… it's not a very pleasant way to welcome customers...

Das Essen, das hübsche Lokal und die freundliche Atmosphäre hat mich beeindruckt. Ich wurde kurzerhand in die Küche eingeladen und konnte mir aussuchen, was ich essen möchte.
Ich musste mir zwar den Teller noch einmal wärmen lassen, da das Gericht lauwarm war. Dafür gibt es aber keinen Punktabzug, denn ich habe erfahren, dass es in Griechenland üblich ist, das Essen vor dem servieren abkühlen zu lassen.
Ah, und das Dessert war ein Geschenk des Hauses. Sehr lieb und freundlich.

헤라클리온의 고고학 박물관 주변 맛집으로 추천합니다. 크레타 전통 음식을 맛볼수있어요. 미트볼과 돼지고기 요리 먹었는데 한국인 입맛에 잘 맞아 매우 맛있습니다. 로컬 맥주도 좋아요. 디저트로 주신 꿀 바나나와 전통 케익으로 당충전 까지 하고갑니다.
모두 친절하시고 감사합니다.

Great local restaurant with different dishes each day. These lovely owners take you right in their kitchen to show you and explain each dish. Definitely recommend pastitsio and their Greek meatball soup.

Είναι ένα πολύ ωραίο μαγαζί στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου με πολύ νόστιμο φαγητό , οικονομικό και ευγενικούς ανθρώπους . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

토끼 고기와 생선 스튜를 주문해서 먹었는데, 한국인 입맛에도 맞고 가격도 착했습니다. 다른 리뷰에서 할머니 집 같다는 말이 있었는데 무슨 말인지 알 것 같네요ㅎㅎ 식사 후 서비스로 요거트와 치쿠디아(크레타 전통 술)도 대접해주셨습니다. 가정식 같은 느낌을 원하신다면 강추입니다!!

Superbe resto de spécialités grecques avec un menu de 2-3 plats maxi qui change tous les jours. La cheffe vous fait visiter la cuisine et présente les plats en cours de cuisson et vous permet de faire un assortiment pour partager (comme souvent en Crete).. Nourriture savoureuse et adaptée pour toute la famille. À recommander
