I loved the place. We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and good wifi. The breakfasts offered a good selection of options, warm and cold. I liked tortilla the patatas best, the coffee was very good. The highlight is definitely the location just by the beautiful city park and the rooftop pool offering amazing views, jacuzzi and small outdoor gym.

Ves las fotos y cualquier parecido con la realidad es pura coincidencia. La moqueta de los pasillos está sucia, vieja y da bastante asco.
La habitación necesita remodelacion urgente, los baños están viejos con tuberías viejas a la vista y la limpieza justa.

Le nostre camere 108-208 purtroppo avevano finestre che davano su un piccolissimo cavedio, la posizione dell’hotel è comodissima al centro!

Pésimo. Mala atención en recepción. La comida decepciona para lo que cobran. Falta de personal, y el que tienen sin experiencia alguna. Pido factura y me dan otra de otro cliente con otros datos personales, además llamo para corregirla y me responden que la pida en Booking donde se hizo la reserva. Ruido por las noches, la ducha con muy mala instalación, la temperatura cambia constantemente. En fin decepcionante. No volveré jamás y mucho menos al precio que cobran.

All great, loved our stay here. Large comfy room, even had a kettle and tea/coffee etc. Fab location, enjoyed walking thru lovely botanicL gdn/Park every day and having a beer or coffee in the park cafe. Reasonably priced car park nearby (12E for 24hrs), called Rosario I think... 10 min walk to town centre. Lovely bfast and evening meal (18E for 3 courses plus a glass of wine, bread and water. Great choice at bfast. Didn't use roof terrace or pool as weather wasn't great.

Very nice and clean hotel with a perfect location right across the street of a beautiful park. The breakfast was perfect and we had a great time.

Zimmer grundsätzlich schön eingerichtet, wenig Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Die Klimaanlage war nur eine Lüftung wodurch es unerträglich heiß und schwül war im Zimmer und das im Winter (Februar)! Man konnte andere Gäste am Gang und alles aus den Nachbarzimmern sehr gut hören. Hat man ein Zimmer ohne Parkblick, blickt man in eine Gasse, wo um 23:15 noch die Mülltonnen geleert werden, was durch die schlechte Dichtung der Balkontüre sehr gut hörbar ist. Hier gibt es nur einen Minibalkon. Die Balkone auf der letztes Etage (siehe Fotos) sehen schöner aus. Der Teppich am Gang sollte ersetzt werden, da sicher schon sehr stark verschmutzt ist.
Die Dachterrasse ist schön und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Für die Größe des Hotels ist sie jedoch klein und die Pools sind leider nicht beheizt, auch nicht der Whirlpool. Es gibt auf der Dachterrasse kein Café oder eine Bar, es kann nur Service nach oben bestellt werden, ab einer Mindestkonsumation um 15€.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr kühl, man fühlte sich nicht willkommen.
Ich hätte mir für ein 4 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet und würde es nicht mehr buchen.

El hotel y el personal inmejorables. Habitaciones limpias y el lugar de ensueño (al lado del Parque García Sanabria). Repetiremos!

Amazing location next to the beautiful park of Garcia Sanabria.
The hotel is very nice and modern, with friendly staff. It was probably renovated recently, although certain aspects seemed to have been left out. The bathroom looked a bit old. The bed was too big and leaving a small space to walk through. Also, we asked for a double bed but were given two single beds together.
Parking near the hotel was a bit tricky, but we managed to find a space every day. Alternatively, they have underground parking for a daily fee if you ask for availability beforehand.
There is also a small gym, pool and jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was a bit small and other customers were always using it (closing at 8pm I think). The pool was very cold and there were no stairs, so no one was using it (see photo)

El hotel no tiene la calidad, en general, para el número de estrellas que tiene.Lo que tiene es una ubicación bastante buena y ya.
Yo tuve una experiencia mala con ellos, me alojé unos días y , el último día , dejé una pulsera, que encima era bastante cara y que me quité , en la butaca de la habitación, con el despiste de que me fui a la mañana siguiente y entre las maletas y demás, la dejé allí sin darme cuenta.
Cuando me di cuenta, ya estaba fuera de la isla y llamé al hotel, pero nadie vio nada, la chica que hizo la habitación tampoco, cuando estoy segura de que yo, personalmente, la dejé en ese sitio. El problema es que no tengo manera de justificar que la dejé ahí.Es solo mi palabra.
Pero me parece de una falta de profesionalidad enorme.
