En el sector buffet, la comida escasa, poca variedad y reposición y los postres un cero patatero. Los camareros muy amables.

The day of our arrival we get a room that was not prepared, in the room were dirty glasses from guests before us, dirty sheets, everywhere were things from precedents guests. We went 3 times to te reception to get the room cleaned. After 3 hours finally the room was cleaned (except dirty glasses), they are still here..This is not realy good for 4☆ hotel.

Staff are amazing and will do anything they can to help you. The hotel is immaculate the rooms are basic but excellently decorated and kept clean. Plenty of choice for food and there is always something to eat throughout the day. Would definitely book this hotel again

Très belle emplacement avec jolie plage et tout genre de shopping à proximité...seul point négatif mais très négatif le musique trop trop bruyante toute la nuit.

Pros. Great hotel location. Friendly staff especially from the bar: Franco, Aday (Spiderman), David, Yelian and Noemi. Food good enough but could have more choice for a 4 ⭐ hotel, every evening different country food. Activities at the pool and everything events.
Cons. Unpleasant smell from pipework in bathroom. Small swimming pool plus not deep enough (1.44m max)

El personal hace que nuestra estancia siempre sea muy agradable, gracias a todos y en especial, en la Recepción a Oscar, en el comedor a Juan, Aurora, Feli, Alex y en cocinas a Eddie.
