Ihanan rauhallinen, pieni ja viihtyisä hotelli. Parhaalla paikalla. Ystävällinen palvelu ja hyvä aamiainen, joka päivä sai valita listalta lämpimän vaihtoehdon.

This hotel is located in the most perfect location! Everything is close by and there are so many restaurants to choose from.

Rooms are casual, nothing special but they are fine the bathroom is clean and there is mini bar. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our window. Also amenities are provided for bathroom.

Breakfast is delicious! You have a choice of yogurts and spreads and then you can order off a set menu what you would like to eat. We ordered the bacon and eggs and they were delicious! Fresh and tasty food. Their breakfast is 10/10.

The hotel is not accessible by car but there is a close by taxi pick up/drop off. Yes there are a lot of stairs but that is expected in a city like Dubrovnik.

Finally, the staff were amazing! Every single staff member was a delight to talk to and have a laugh with. Whatever you desire they are willing to help. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I’m in Dubrovnik again.

J'y ai séjourné durant les vacances d'août 2023. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, poli, serviable et avenant. L'hôtel est super bien situé, la vue dans les chambres est magnifique.

Petit bémol : le buffet du petit dej manque de choix et j'ai trouvé des p'tites saleté dans la chambre en arrivant...rien de méchant mais ayant été femme de chambre, je sais que ça ne serait pas passé dans les hôtels où j'ai travaillé. Mais j'en garde un bon souvenir.
Ah oui j'oubliais, il n'y pas d'ascenseur donc vous allez vous faire les jambes. ????

Zeer slechte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! De kamer was niet schoongemaakt, airconditioning is gedateerd en koelt niet. Bedden zijn oud, vieze oude handdoeken met gaten erin. Badkamer vertoonde sporen van schimmel. Ontbijt is zeer matig met weinig opties. Uitermate slechte service voor de gevraagd premium prijs.

The location is amazing. Room views are awesome. It wasn’t perfectly clean and room decorations are pretty old. Our bathroom was not up-to-date and the shower was covered in calcium residue. But all in all, with our reservation from months ago, it was great value.

Sehr hübsches kleines Hotel mit nur 6 Zimmern. Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Ausblick genossen! Lage insgesamt sehr schön, ganz gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Nähe, war auch immer was frei (Ende Oktober). Kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die 60 Stufen zum Hotel mit Koffer. Aber der Herr an der Rezeption hat netterweise mit angepackt.

We echo previous reviews..a gem of a little hotel. Excellent location with beautiful panoramic views across the Lapad bay, access to surrounding beaches, walks and local amenities.
Even though the rooms were dated they were very comfortable, air-conditioned and spotlessly clean, provision of beach towels and good breakfasts

I loved the private garden below the terrace and the plants/shrubs on the terrace but there was a sense of neglect.
Maybe after the busy season there will be some time to tend to the maintenance and gardening. Thank you for a relaxing and memorable visit to your beautiful city

Hervorragender Service sehr freundliches Personal. Klein und feines Hotel, direkt oberhalb der Uferpromenade. Besonders schön: hochterrasse mit tollem Ausblick über die Bucht und großzügigen Liegen / Sitzmöbeln. Altstadt mit Bus leicht erreichbar. Gerne wieder.
