Fuimos ayer con visita de amigos que vinieron a conocer Barcelona. Quería que vieran las vistas desde el bar de arriba mientras nos tomábamos algo. A la llegada dijeron que no había suficiente personal en el bar y por ahora no podíamos subir, poniendo la excusa que por obras en vía laietana llegaban tarde... Más de una hora!!??? Que yo sepa vía laietana lleva en obra meses.... Después de 40 min de espera en la calle, y estando embarazada, nos dicen que pasemos al bar de abajo y luego podremos subir. Aceptamos y justo cuando nos traen la bebida, viene una chica diciéndonos que podemos subir pero tenemos que tomarnos la consumición rápido porque no se pueden subir ya que es otro ambiente!!?? Dentro del mismo hotel!! Cuando más tarde quisimos subir para ver las vistas desde arriba, nos dicen que no porque tenemos que consumir obligatoriamente!! Muy decepcionada con el personal y como lo gestionan...nunca me había pasado... Son un sacadineros! Mala organización!! Para ser un cinco estrellas me pareció fatal todo.

What a famous name, but this one didappoints. The good. Rooms and view are fantastic. That's it for the good.
Elevators unbelivably slow, hallways have spotted carpeting. Service was dismal. Had to remind them repeatedly to give me a bill so that I could do expenses. At the cost of this hotel per night, simply unacceptable.

Great hotel in fantastic location. Direct access to a public beach and various pool options. Feels like both in the city and holiday resort at the same time. Located next to a Desigual store and Honest Greens restaurant (although that closes a bit early).

Otherwise same stylish fitout one would expect for this type of hotel. Breakfast was great and room service good too. Great views (although we would have preferred a higher floor, we were on the sixth).

I recommend trying to get a West facing room so you can take in sunrise over the sea.

Hôtel qui m'a été recommandé par des amis et je n'ai pas été déçu.
Vue magnifique, services au top, chambre spacieuse. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Cela vaut le coup de monter sur la terrasse, prendre un cocktail (étonnament les prix y sont très abordables) et d'avoir une vue sur la mer !

Emplacement magique avec vue sur Barcelone et sur les plages (prendre chambre côté ville pas port). Petit bar panoramique sympa pour apprécier la vue. 2 restaurants au choix pour le petit déjeuner avec de bon buffet y compris avec des spécialités locales. Par contre, prévoir un peu de marche le long de la plage (très agréable) pour rejoindre le centre ville.

Superbe hotel W et architecture très original et cadre impressionnant, si vous ne pouvez y loger, essayer d'aller boire un verre ou manger dans l'un de ses restaurants. Un peu chers mais l'expérience vaut la peine :)
