We had issues getting into the apartment but a quick call to the office and they were there in minutes as the office is below. Super fast resolution to my problem which was all to do with the digital door knob but once shown how to use it, we were into a reasonable apartment with dining table pushed against a wall, decent kitchen area with fridge, kettle, microwave etc. All good there.
Living area small but reasonable and OK for 4 people.
One bedroom was small with just enough room for two single beds and a wardrobe. Small means small.
Double bedroom more spacious and comfortable.
Very narrow and tight stairs with small lift suitable for 2 but will fit three at a squeeze (no bags).
Apartment can be noisey at night due to its proximity to local bars.
Apartment very close to all amenities so grabbing food, drinks, snacks etc is all easy and within a few feet.
Overall, a decent place to stay to discover Barcelona but very much lacking in creature comforts and I think I'd look for alternative places for my next trip.
More likely suitable for a small group of friends sharing costs, or family of 4, like ours, trying to sneak in a cheap short break just to get out of our home town.

The apartment itself was decent, offering a comfortable space for our short stay. It had all the basic amenities we needed, and the layout was functional.
The staff was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warmth and made us feel right at home. Marianna, in particular!!
In conclusion, if you're looking for a well-located apartment in Barcelona with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, this place is a great option.

Tip: het visrestaurant een paar deuren verderop. En Barcelona is zeer goed te doen met de (electrische) fiets.
The room was perfect size for 2 people. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a decent dinner. Laundry machine and dryer was fantastic after travelling for a month before....
The location could not be better. We walked from the train station to the apartment within 10 minutes dragging our bags. It was an easy walk. The subway (L1) was right down the street. Lots of bars and restaurants in the block, as well as grocery stores and pharmacy.
Check in was super easy. All the doors have codes and the interior door can be opened using a web page.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
