Cet hôtel est incroyable! Nous avons passé 7 jours merveilleux en famille. Bungalow sur la plage. Le Rêve. Nous avons super bien dormi et les ventilateurs au plafond son suffisants.
Nous avons adoré la salle de bain.
Le déjeuner était superbe et nous avions hâte chaque matin d'y aller. Bravo à l'hôtel d'avoir mis assez de chaises longues et autre pour les clients. Le restaurant Vietnamien est un vrai plus. Leurs dumplings au poulet sont tellement bons!!
Merci à tous le personnel car grâce à vous nous avons passé des vacances inoubliable !

We started our honeymoon at the Sharazad Oasis Retreat, and we had a lovely time, enjoying the location a d the food. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

This is a beautiful eco-friendly hotel, beautiful located in Jambiani. Staff are very helpful and friendly. You wouldn't say its particularly child friendly but that suited us fine as we were just two people travelling.

I understand that this is an eco resort, but we had no hot water for the full 3 days stay - we did complain and they said they will fix it, yet it remained the same. The hairdryer did not work, room was listed as sound proof, but was definitely not, the location of our room was not ideal (next to restaurant) and there was no fridge. The amount we paid was not worth the experience, the view was the only delightful thing.

Staff : very friendly and welcoming,
The Room was tidy, except it was a-bit smelly I believe it was a sewage problem and humidity, we asked them to change the bed sheets they were dirty the next day they told us they have a eco-policy they only change every two days.

Restaurant : food was delicious, all we ate is seafood and I highly recommended it, portion was good too, perhaps more options on The menu is a good idea.

Beach : very good, quite not crowded, clean white sand, when low tides you can’t swim, when high tides we swam close to the beach, muddy sand is the down side.
