My recent stay at Kempinski Hotel was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Maryam at the reception. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. Maryam's knowledge of the hotel amenities and her friendly demeanor made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Kempinski Hotel, thanks to Maryam's exceptional service.

اوصي دائما النزول في هذا الفندق. خدمه على مستوى رفيع جدا . خدمه سريعه . اذان صاغيه . وخاصه الطلبات من فاطمه الانسه من المغرب .

At Kempinski Hotel, my family and I encountered a hiccup upon check-in when we discovered our room had two single beds and no baby bed, contrary to our booking through a travel agency. However, our disappointment was quickly overshadowed by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Mohammad Alsheikh. His prompt and professional intervention not only rectified the oversight but also ensured that our accommodation perfectly met our needs. Mr. Alsheikh’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout, and his efforts transformed what could have been a forgettable experience into a memorable one.
