Son Vell, eine Ikone der Gruppe Vestige Hotels, ist ein Herrenhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit großzügigen Räumen und einem unglaublichen Cachet. Das kürzlich in ein Luxushotel umgewandelte Haus, das Ende 2022/Anfang 2023 eröffnet wurde, liegt zwischen der menorquinischen Landschaft und den türkisfarbenen Stränden von Son Saura. Es ist rustikal-authentisch, ohne dabei auf modernen Komfort zu verzichten. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist in jeder Hinsicht bemerkenswert! Bemerkenswert sind die Qualität und die Vielfalt der Aktivitäten: Reitausflüge, Yoga, Stand-up-Paddling, Bootstouren. Ein Paradies.

Food, very warm and professional staff and a tremendous relaxed vibe permeates the whole place
However the most exceptional quality of this wonderful
place has to be the stunning architecture and design. Hats off to anyone who spends this much time, Money and care, lovingly restoring a great artefact and testimony to this beautiful Islands history. I would also like to make special mention not only to Enqrique the excellent and capable general Manager but also to Jose on the front desk and Sabrina and Aer in the pool area.
We will be back :)
Every now and then, a hotel or venue opens which raises the bar of perfection even higher - Son Vell is just that.
Breathtaking architecture, tasteful and serene design, quality fabrics, and a fragrance and warmth that run through the beautiful main house like a hug from a dear friend.
I’m well travelled but rarely compelled to review. To not review this wonderful escape would be a disservice to the many staff who, at every turn, make you feel truly valued and appreciated.
The owners, and leadership team have created something uniquely exquisite. While I simply don’t want to share Son Vell, I urge anybody reading this to gift yourself some time to escape and truly relax in one of Europe’s most beautiful projects.
Malgré une arrivée dans la tempête! et des problèmes techniques liés aux aléas climatiques qui ont frappés l’île et l’hôtel.
Notre chambre dans le bâtiment historique fut indisponible.
La gestion par la direction, et toute l’équipe de la réception fut à la hauteur de ce lieu magique.
Nous avons pus bénéficier d’un sur classement dans une suite historique somptueuse.
Cet établissement qui est havre de paix où on oublie le temps, aidé par le concept de l’hôtel et les équipes qui le compose.
Le personnel discret, mais attentif, et aux petits soins avec une restaurant qui nous a fait voyager avec une cuisine précise m’étant les produits de l’île en valeur.
