Very nice hotel, I like the old fashioned feel. Location is as good as it gets in the area. Rooms are very cute and many have nice balconies. They are maybe a tad dated and don’t come with a bunch of shampoos and conditioners like some luxury hotels. They provided towels for the beach which was really helpful, however.
Coffee could be better and air conditioner has bright light which is slightly disrupting when you are trying to sleep.

Super hotel for families and anyone wanting better sports facilities than might normally be expected. Staff are terrific, we'll probably stay again next time we visit Port Polleca. ????

This might have been a 4 star Hotel in the 80s and now thrives on it's old loyal clients but we will not eat there any more. Food and ambiance is very mediocre. The lightning of the Hotel should have warned us. If there isn't even attention for these things..

First visit to Puerto Pollensa, great location, beautiful hotel. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. MY note: you can get a standard room that is very small and dark ( due to the layout of the walls) so I recommend writing in the e-mail when registering that you do not want such a room. If you get a room above the reception, it is noisy in the early morning. bedding: polyester. In general, I highly recommend it:)

Waren nur essen, freundlich, aufmerksam tolles Ambiente, gemütliches Stuhle leckeres Essen. Preisleistung völlig in Ordnung.
Gegessen habe ich Schweine Filet.

Siempre que vamos a Pollença unos días vamos allí,la historia y el encanto de ese hotel es preciosa, es como si ya hubiera estado allí, es como estar en casa, las camas son comodísimas al igual que las almohadas.
El servicio es muy atento, la comida y el desayuno es buenísima.
El ambiente es tranquilo para desconectar, el spa es fantástico al igual que el solarium frente al mar.
Aunque el hotel no es exclusivo para adultos no es un hotel donde llevaría a un bebé o niños ya que las instalaciones no son para actividades infantiles y la verdad el perfil de clientes que vamos al hotel lo agradecemos porque es tranquilo y sería un incordio escuchar llantos, gritos y ruidos.
Sin duda vamos a Volver.
