HOTEL CONVENT DE LA MISSIÓ ^{* * * *}

Hier waren wir nicht zum schlafen sondern zum Essen und es hat sich gelohnt. Der Service, das Essen alles rundum Top.

Convent de la Missió is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mallorca and I’ve stayed at countless hotels in Mallorca. Everything is very nice and ties together, the comfy sheets of the bed to the food, and it’s all right next to everything. Staff are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond.

Charming hotel, thoughtfully and beautifully converted from the old monastery. Fine linen, good bedding, a quiet oasis in the very centre of old Palma. Excellent and personal service. The breakfast is very fine, no doubt benefitting from the Marc Fosh Michelin star restaurant’s kitchen. Convenient secure parking.

Das perfekte Hotel, um ein paar Tage in Palma zu verbringen. Zentral gelegen, dennoch eine Oase der Ruhe und des guten Geschmacks. Die Einrichtung zurückgenommen, aber hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail, Zimmer (Deluxe Kategorie) und Badezimmer geräumig und geschmackvoll. Ein ganz großes Plus sind die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter: unglaublich freundlich, zugewandt und um die Gäste bemüht - und alles mit einer persönlichen Geste. Wir mussten - leider -
am letzten Tag um 6.30 abreisen und bekamen eine Picknick-Tüte, damit am Flughafen nicht verhungern. Das Sandwich konnte naturgemäß mit dem Frühstück nicht mithalten - denn das Frühstück ist wirklich außergewöhnlich- auch in dieser Kategorie-. Zu der entspannten Frühstücksatmosphäre trägt der lichte (überdachte) Innenhof sehr viel bei: wir sind selten so gut gelaunt in den Tag gestartet. Danke an das ganze Team für die schönen Ostertage. Wir kommen wieder ????

I just start with saying: wow. This sums up the overall experience at the convent de la Missió. The staff was outstandingly friendly and pro actively engaged in making our vacation the best possible. The breakfast was AMAZING and we loved the small pastry selection from two local bakery’s. The waitress noticed, so she asked us if we want to take them with us and arranged everything, so we could take the pastries back home on our last day. The sauna and whole spa area is also one of the most beautiful we’ve been since now AND you’ll have it for yourself, because you can book in for the hours you want and the staff will prepare everything from towels to drinks in the spa. We got iberico ham and wine as a gift during our stay. Two little presents on the last evening which we found in our room. And the list of great experiences goes on and on. So please go there, you won’t regret it.
