We stay on Sao Miquel for 8 days. 3 days, 2 nights in "Sul Villas"

The location is beautiful. However, to the right you can see a high hotelbunker. The welcome was frosty. The rooms are top clean.

Unfortunately there were ants in the bathroom every morning. The walls from villa to villa have a connecting door and are extremely noisy. An absolute NO GO in this price category

The meals in the morning and evening are very spartan and petty. If you want to have breakfast or dinner, you have to specify a time during the lecture so that you can enjoy the morning or evening precisely and on time. If you arrive 5 minutes early you won't get a seat. That is absolutely impossible.

Even worse, I took a room water bottle to the beach and accidentally left it in the rental car. We were made aware of this on the same day we had already left. If we do not contact you, the bottle will be charged. When I got home, the costs - 35,-- EURO for one Bottle Wather, were debited from my credit card without any consent.

I would have liked to pay and transfer it but that is an outrage and legally extremely questionable.

Sao Miquel and the other resort are highly recommended and very beautiful.

However, Sul Villas left us with bad memories. I cannot recommend these “villas”, especially this service, and would advise against booking. However, it is up to everyone to make their own experience.

I stayed here for three nights, which fell over my birthday. The staff are kind and lovely, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable, including surprising me with a birthday cake. I turned up having planned no activities and they were able to arrange everything for me. The location is fantastic with great views, very relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant has a good range of options and the food is delicious. I can't recommend this place enough!

Nous avons vraiment adoré, chambre spacieuse décoré avec goût, très sobre et minimaliste.
Une vue à couper le soufle, terrasse avec une petite piscine qui est chofée en hiver et sans vis à vis.
Il y a un petit restaurant, il faut réserver tous les jours pour le petit-déjeuner ou dîner. Vous pouvez aussi demander un panier de petit-déjeuner en chambre. La nourriture est vraiment excellente!.
Piscines à l'extérieur pas chauffées par contre il y a aussi une petit piscine et jacuzzi à l'extérieur bien chauffées en hiver.
Personnel super sympa et accueillant. Tout a été vraiment parfait. Encore merci.

I had such a great stay at Sol Villas. Beautiful and peaceful location. The staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations and places and things to do.

Our stay here was only a few nights, but we had a great time! The whole place from the lobby and dining area to the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in a Prime Villa and the view was spectacular from the terrace as well as from the three picture windows in each room. It made it difficult to want to leave for our activities each day. We also had an assigned parking spot right outside reception and just down the stairs from our room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and we ate there 2 out of 3 nights. The dining room is small and cozy and everything felt very intimate to the guests staying there. It was easy to get there by car and fairly equidistant to the various sights on the island. This was the best lodging experience I’ve had and would definitely stay here again.

早上当你打开阳台的门突然就被眼前的美景给陶醉了。语言不好没关系这里的服务人员帮你预定出海看鲸鱼和海豚，早餐想吃啥？随便点。帮你联系租车公司的人取车。吃着早餐看着美景心里很开心。停车也很方便很安全。非常感谢酒店的贴心服务！还会带家人朋友再来。谢谢！

موقع سيء بعيد عن المدينه وعن الانشطه وعن كل شيء .. موقع ممل بكل تفاصيله .. حجزت عندهم بناء على دعايه لم تكن موفقه وندمت على كل لحظة بقيت في هذا الفندق بسبب ضعف الخدمات .. لايوجد خدمة حمل حقائب .. لايوجد خدمة غرف الا فترات محدده من اليوم .. الفطور محدد بمواعيد .. المسبح صغير جدا لا يسمى مسبح .. عبارة عن مغطس لا يستفاد منه .. قوانين صارمه وتعامل سيء من ادارة الفندق .. حقيقه سعر مبالغ فيه ولا انصح حتى بالتفكير للسكن فيه يوم واحد .. سعر ليله واحده ممكن يكفيك ثلاث ايام في مواقع افضل وفنادق افضل .. فيه هذه الجزيرة انصح بالسكن في منطقة فرناش الجميله

Experiência inesquecível. O hotel tem uma localização idílica, é indiscritível a localização da piscina principal, com vista para o mar e para uma planície verde com uma igreja branca e azul.
Os quartos com piscina privada também têm vista de mar e são absolutamente divinos. A decoração e os acabamentos de luxo.

Já a limpeza e o serviço são 5 estrelas. O staff é incansável. É tudo o que podemos pedir num alojamento de luxo.

Amazing place to stay, 10/10. Staff are very nice and welcoming, the breakfast is a build your own and has a huge variety of foods such as pancakes, yogurt, fruit, eggs of every type, smoked salmon, etc. The pool area is very comfortable with lunch and cocktail service at your call and fantastic views of the ocean and town. Dinner is on another level, it was hard to go out for the night with such great and affordable food right on site.

Hands down one of the best resorts I have stayed in in all my travels. Very few places look exactly like their Instagram photos/videos. Ticks the boxes for location, service, hospitality, food and more! As it is a small resort, you barely see any other people besides a few at meal times. We stayed in Villa 4 which has its own private pool and it was absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend and will be coming back asap!

Best tenderloin we have ever eaten. Has persuaded us to buy on the mainland only Açores meat, because the animals are actually 365 days on the pasture and eat the best grass! Not overcrowded. Very good service, spacious beautiful rooms, massage a dream!...

We loved this hotel's decor, location, and our villa with a private pool was wonderful. We had a very relaxing stay. The main pool area and dining room are also great, with beautiful ocean views. The service upon checking in and poolside was very good. Our visit here, however, was ruined with a bad spa experience and even worse customer service by management regarding the issue. We were surprised by this after such a nice time at what we felt was a very high regarded hotel in the area. Had we been treated respectively and had any attempt to make this issue right with us, we would've recommended this hotel. This was a once in a lifetime visit for us that we saved a lot of money for, and unfortunately, we have left with a poor taste in our mouth from this experience and mostly how it was handled by the management.

This is a very modern and calm place. You almost don't meet other guests, have a lot of private space and enough privacy during breakfast or dinner.
High quality pools, spa area, superb view and perfect location between Ponta Delgada and the main rest of the island.

A wonderful peaceful place with a lovely spa. The hotel was extremely quiet which offered peace but not for those that want a little more going on. We found the breakfast selection very good but mixed quality, though they were very kind to pack us an excellent breakfast basket before an early flight. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious bathrooms and beds and the large outdoor decking was bliss.
