It was a surprise celebration of my 30th birthday at this hotel. The hotel is so beautiful and has this Maltese authentic vibe. The spa facilities and outdoor pool are so nice and also spacious, which is great. The stuff is so professional and very well mannered. I got a complimentary chocolate cake, which was very kind and sweet. I would recommend this place without a doubt.
Rooms:
- The sound insulation was far from good. I can hear the voice from the other room.
- The room overall was old
+ The room was quite clean
+ The bathroom was elegant and comfortable. Also there was bathtub.
- The overhead shower waterflow is too slow.
+ The bed was comfortable.
- The room was a little bit cold at night, the air conditioner was turned off by itself after 15 minutes.
Well, 5 stars for the room.
Service:
"Almost" everyone was very helpful and friendly. On the very last day, we were asked by a reception for feedback, we said that the room was a little bit cold, but unfortunately she defended herself instead of receiving the feedback, saying that probably the window was open, which of course would be even colder.
During the breakfast on 28.12, it was overcrowded that we needed the stand in line to get a table for breakfast, which was of course uncomfortable, considering we had a baby with us.
Location:
Actually a little bit far from the city, but i can understand, that it won't be possible to build such a big hotel in the city.
But i must say, there won't be a better place to stay in Gozo than the Kempinski. I just expect more from hotel brand "Kempinski".
Very sad to say Christmas lunch was very poor today and the turkey just awful..
Restaurant staff really helpful but food was very poor and average for a supposed five star hotel.
As a platinum regular , thank you for your early support,however the promises of using points were sadly wrong and the reception staff, they know who they are particularly rude and again nothing like a five star service!
This is beautiful hotel is slipping badly down a road of poor value and quality, a crying shame.
Good location and very tranquil surroundings.
Staff are always ready to serve you with a smile.
Rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable besides the fact that they are spotlessly clean.
Breakfast is very abundant and lavish.

Hervorzuheben ist der wirklich tolle Service ALLER Mitarbeiter - das war vorbildlich. Das Hotel ist klassisch luxuriös. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet für Aktivitäten im Westen von Gozo.

J'ai choisi cet hotel pour mon séjour (5 nuits en DP) à Gozo et je ne le regrette pas. Le cadre est très agréable, l'hôtel est bien situé (en étant véhiculé) à 5 minutes de Victoria et 15 minutes des principaux sites à visiter. Il s'agit d'un 5* avec les prestations qui vont avec. Le Spa est fabuleux. Un très bon moment qui vient compléter les magnifiques visites.

The hotel lobby is lovely, they had gingerbread village installation in the lobby - super cute
And the atmosphere in the lobby bar was relaxing
Staff are super efficient, friendly & professional.
