Excellent food with a beautiful location and a nice place to rest

Beside the hotel is Victoria Lake, where motor boats are available. You can enjoy singing karaoke while sipping beer. There is also a swimming pool. Local food is served in the restaurants. On weekends and during festivals, they start charging an entry fee; you can negotiate with them.

We’ve stayed here several times, but won’t return again. The floors are covered in dirt to the point we can’t walk in our room without shoes. The outlet burned up our travel power adapters, and they didn’t offer to reimburse us to get new ones. There was lizard poop on our beds. A lizard also got in to our room, and pooped on us from the ceiling while we were sleeping. As comical as it all sounds, this stay has been pretty miserable.

Visited for a day and inspected the rooms, but didn't sleep overnight. Fantastic location. Very pleasant surroundings. Lakeside very beautiful and poolside very relaxing.

The service was too below the bar! I called the reception and made two fish order . Tha lady i talked to assured me the two fish would be ready in 20 minutes! I arrived 30min later.the very lady told me the fish was ready for serving. Together with my colleague we again made an order for four local beers and after headed to the lake side. 30minutes later, we had not received neither the fish nor the beers..I called the reception, the lady told me they had lots of orders for fish, we should be patient!

It's a long story!

On a passé 3 nuits/4 jours à Kingfisher Resort. L'emplacement est parfait et on a eu une super météo. Par contre le séjour n'était pas très reposant: deux nuits de trois on avait des chiots qui pleuraient devant notre porte, et les chiens adultes qui se bagarraient. On a fini par sortir à 1AM en piyama à pied jusqu'à la gate leur demander de faire quelque chose. La réponse des vigiles c'était que les chiens et chiots n'appartenaient pas à l'hôtel. Alors il faudrait leur bloquer l'accès aux cabanes car sinon c'est comme on si dormait dans la rue! Ils ont finalement faire sortir les chiens. Le service à table au restaurant c'est juste improbable. Jusqu'à une heure et demie d'attente, peu importe si on est les seuls dans le restaurant. Et la qualité des plats n'est pas top, c'est à peine mangeable, ils brulent même une simple omelette.

Very cool cultural hurts, and the round papyrus thatched self contained rooms,a swimming pool not forgetting the boat cruise to and from samuka Island. Everything was really nice.

Need to add WiFi for clients
View of nile is osm and would prefer to give affordable offers to clients who visits over because i see most local people from jinja come for swimming ????

Nature is beautiful. Resort also beautiful. Just vegetarian people is getting problem of food. So plz arrange Indian vegetarian food.

Very warst service in entrance they are selling soda water at 5k and says this is entrance fees.
We ask recipe for entry they refused to give.
They are forcing to buy soda water on the entrance with security guards.
