Normale saubere Zimmer. Da die Fenster nicht dicht abschließen hat man immer einen leichten Geräuschpegel der Straße gehört. Man ist zu Fuß in 30min bei der Moschee und somit mitten im Zentrum von Kampala.

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo hotel e sono rimasto molto contento. Ottima pulizia delle stanze, lenzuola fresche, una super doccia ed eccellente servizio Wi-Fi. Anche il ristorante è di buona qualità con prodotti sempre freschi. Il personale impeccabile, professionale e molto accogliente. Grazie a tutti e arrivederci alla prossima volta

It is a very good Hotel with a good Chef. I stayed in this Hotel for more than 10 days. Price is good. The A/C was working well better than a good star Hotel I been. They didn't bother me about payment. I just order and sign reciepts. The day I check out I paid everything.

It’s a well priced hotel with spacious accommodations in Kampala. The service is also good and their food is great with a good buffet, but I wouldn’t touch their “pasta” dishes again.
They have no lift, though the stairs are staggered in a comfortable way, good for some cardio at the end of the day.

Kool Hotel, reasonable price, decent location. Morris was the go to man at this hotel, very helpful, curtious, knowledgeable, yada yada yada. Had a not so good moment with Consuming, a young kitchen staff, I had to have words with the manager about her attitude, did it help? I don't think so, but hey, upwards and onwards. Still a shame
