Lady Macarena…she was very helpfull…and informative, all staff is very helpful..they bring our luggage f to our room faster than we walk to our room.

Un hotel de 10 con muy buenas vistas, y buenas instalaciones, recomiendo visitar su terraza y tomarte algo de beber vistas impresionantes

Imposing hotel near the palace overlooking Granada. Short 15 min walk down to the City - a little longer back as fair climb but very manageable unless you are infirm or unfit. Plenty of taxis if needed. View from restaurant excellent ( as was the food). Rooms elegant and traditional. Bar lacked any atmosphere at night - people either out or in bed early it seems!

6 euros por un café y ni te preguntan los camareros que tal está ni si necesitas algo. Café del montón a precio de oro

Real 5 star Hotel in a fantastic location, car valet service was excellent and the food tasted first class from start to dessert. Excellent!!!

2월 16일 현재 건물 일부 공사 중입니다
확인하고 예약하세요
3일 전에 입실하는데 시끄러워서 도저히 견딜 수 없는 현장 바로 윗방을 버젓이 배정했더라고요
30분만에 짐 다시 싸서 다른 방으로 옮겼습니다
우리가 예약했던 방은 없어서 다른 타입으로 갔습니다
사과도 없습니다
직업의식이 다소 결여된 듯합니다

一次非常不愉快的经历，我的姐姐住在这个酒店，她需要去房间换衣服，但是门口负责停车的人一直和我说，不能停在酒店门口，我一直和他解释，只是上楼换一下衣服马上就走，只是需要十分钟。但是管理停车的人却一周在驱赶我。这是门口有停了很多车都已经超过了10分钟，他却没说，一种严重的歧视，建议：少一些对亚洲人的歧视多一些理解。

Best service, Clean room, Accesibility to Alhambra palace within 10 min on foot.
It was so nice to see a great view of Granada from the balcony in the room.
