Très bel hôtel avec personnel à l’écoute

Flawless - from arrival to departure and everything in between. We travelled to C.P.M on our honeymoon at the end of October and had a fantastic holiday. We had high expectations of the hotel but the stay, service and setting exceeded them. The hotel is set in fantastic grounds - it feels very private and lots of space. This combined with less rooms than other hotels results in a really relaxed atmosphere that never feels busy. The service was second to none - special mention to Vikash and Sundeep at the beach who treated us wonderfully every day. Further to this Akhil at reception was so thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed three rounds of golf and tennis - was quite struck at the quality of equipment (given it was included I was expecting to be let down here but not at all). Food across the board was excellent - we did bed and breakfast and on reflection preferred the flexibility that this offered. Entry level rooms are exceptional - always a sign of a sensational hotel. Great beach, water sports included and total privacy if you wanted it - spot on.

Niche and quietly isolated near the Barachois. Absolute must-go for the experience.

The place is absolutely luxurious..the beach, seatings, restaurants, decor. Loved our room only downside is that the AC is set to 65 but it was hot most nights to the points we were not comfortable in our sleep

They really do justice to the name Prince. An outstanding and amazing location. Could rate 6 star with ease. Ask and you shall receive. Stunning location. Amazing food. And the most pleasant service.

Que dire !? Tout était top au niveau du logement. Le premier soir un arroseur automatique mal réglé m'a nui. Réglé sans pb le lendemain.
Et un petit manque d'intimité au niveau de la piscine privative de bonne dimension.
Les repas au top en terme de cuisine. Difficile de l'être. Le petit plus c'est l'amuse bouche le soir. Le petit moins c'est parfois un service long et confusant pour qui comme nous n'aime pas passer trois heures a table.
Les jardins sont bien entretenus.
Le personnel peut difficilement être plus avenant.
Petit clin d'œil à l'équipe sportive toujours sympathiquement bienveillante. La salle de sport est très bien fournie et rarement pleine ...
Toute activité est bien-sûr disponible.
Et seul petit regret la plage qui est une très belle plage de sable mais ne comptez pas faire de snornkeling ici.
Mais maintenant que je suis dans un autre établissement au sud de l'île, le Constance me manque !

We stayed here for 10 days as a couple and we had a magical time. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, smiley, friendly, and made us feel like royalty. Being in Mauritius for the first time, we were already excited, but the team made everything even more special and created a romantic and luxurious environment for us.
A big shout out to the guest relations team - everyone was very helpful and extremely efficient, Chloe in particular was awesome! Also to the Housekeeping staff who do a flawless job, the boutique personels who are super friendly, and the f&b team who made every meal special.
Some recommendations for future guests: Check out the Barachois restaurant - the walk and view are unmatched.
Eat lots of pastries - the pastry chef is exceptional and they have some of the best desserts, very fresh and tasty.
Enjoy breakfast in bed - the setup is slick and the selection is delicious.
Follow the weekly program and organise meals accordingly - we enjoyed a Mauritian buffet which was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.
Overall, the experience is way beyond 5 stars and I will always have special memories of this hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful people involved in creating such a beautiful setting!

Un super resort lontano dal trambusto della costa ovest immerso in una splendida laguna di mangrovie..una spiaggia incantevole,bar e ristoranti di prim'ordine,ottimi i cocktail del bar asian.
Un servizio sempre puntuale ed attendo disponibilità massima per rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta.
Due piscine meravigliose,spa con campi da tennis.
Possibilità di praticare gratuitamente sport acquatici.
Veramente molto difficile chiedere di più.

It was a fantastic experience! The quality of the hotel was top-notch, the meals were delicious, and all the amenities were excellent. The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!
By the way I visited in July, which is actually a great time to visit Mauritius during their winter season! The weather was consistently warm, and it was incredibly beautiful throughout my stay.

Magnifique hôtel en bordure d une belle plage de sable fin.
Rien à redire, juste peut être le côté bois et parquet de la chambre qui s est révèle un peu bruyant. Pour le reste, c est un Constance avec tout ce qui fait la réputation de ces hôtel.
Le restaurant sur l eau est pour sa part juste exceptionnel tant au niveau du cadre que de la cuisine.

The most amazing experience ever! The staff at Prince Maurice was exceptional. The accommodations and food was incredible. By far the best service and quality we have experienced in over 40 years of traveling. Definitely a return to destination.

Management was extremely interested in making sure service was over the top and checking in daily with us. Too many wonderful people to mentioned but the entire staff is dedicated to your satisfaction and its not forced but genuine. Wez made sure we had a special dinner and it was over the top. The entire staff make sit a point to know you from the start and are always happy to see you. The spa is amazing as is the hotel and location.

We did not want to leave and can not wait to go back! There is no other place I could imagine staying than at this resort...a True Gem in Mauritius!

Exceptional location with a great view of the beach. The high point is the service quality. The staff go out of the way to cater to your needs. I was sick and required some Indian food which was unavailable in the menu so the cook sourced what I wanted to make me the dish. The quality of service alone makes this a must go hotel.

Tout est parfait dans cet Hotel. Le service et le personnel sont aux petits soins.

Seul bémol nous voulions sortir à 14h au lieu de 12h pour pouvoir faire une excursion, et on ne nous l’a pas autorisé sans possibilité d’avoir le salon lounge car déjà réservé. Nous avons donc annulé l’excursion en question.

Absolutely amazing hotel. From the time you arrive until you leave they treat you as a real 'Prince'. Personal greetings, welcome drinks, personal room tour,... Also a very extensive breakfast with things like freshly made pancakes, waffles, all kinds of egg dishes, bacon, fresh cheeses, samosa's, other Asian cuisine, fresh fish, 4 types of fruit juices, freshly baked gluten free breads and cakes,... So many options to choose from and all very tasty.

A few things you HAVE to do in the hotel:
1. Le Barachois (being the 'floating restaurant') which is one of the most unique dining experiences you can have. The other restaurants being the 'Archipel' (main restaurant) and the Asian restaurant are also great, just a bit more 'ordinary' compared to this. Still very tasty and extremely well prepared dishes though!
2. Go waterskiing/kayaking/paddleboarding/sailing. All free-of-charge to use as a guest of the hotel.
3. Float on the 'water-pillows' in the main swimming pool, very relaxing.
4. Get a 'couples massage' with your significant other at the SPA, you will feel reborn afterwards.
5. Go snorkeling at 1 of the small 'islands' at the far right/east corner of the hotel. We saw some lion fish, water snakes, sea snails (Cypraea tigris), special sea urchins and lots of other fish over there. If you really want to see lots of live corals and turtles in their natural habitat I suggest going to Blue Bay Beach in the South of Mauritius though.
6. What you absolutely HAVE to do is the room service, or as they like to call it: 'In room dining', which is indeed a better way to describe the experience. We wished we did this more evenings, as all the rooms have a large balcony with a beautiful view. We had suite 27, looking over the fish reserve and the pathway to Barachois, with the sun setting directly in front of you. Absolutely insane price/quality ratio. Would definitely recommend this room as a 'Junior Suite'.

Summarized: A-MA-ZING experience with this hotel and their lovely staff. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for making every guest feel so special!

Les meilleures vacances et lune de miel ! Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un hôtel 7* et non 5*. Le meilleur hôtel et le meilleur moment des 20 dernières années de voyage. Vous avez tout là pour vous sentir militant ;)

Nous sommes seulement allés prendre un verre et voir les installations de l'extérieur. Nous nous sommes promenés dans le hall impressionnant et imposant, et cela en valait la peine. Nous logions en face au One&Only !

Mais quelle expérience ! Cet hôtel devrait être un exemple en terme de service et d’installations pour les hôtels de Maurice. Séjour incroyable, personnel au petit soin et d’une gentillesse permanente.

Nous étions dans une Chambre donnant sur l’eau, d’un calme incroyable. Ambiance intimiste grâce à l’immensité du domaine qui nous fait oublier le nombre de chambre (qui est tout de même réduit, au nombre de 89).
Une plage privée splendide, kayak/paddle à disposition, mini golf, spa splendide…. Deux piscine, une à débordement avec vue sur l’océan et l’autre chauffée.

Sans parler de la super cave à vin que Constance peut vous proposer. Le restaurant Barachois au bord des mangroves est également superbe, flottant sur l’eau.
Il s’agit très certainement d’une des meilleures franchises pour votre séjour à Maurice…
