Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind großzügig gestaltet und verteilen sich auf 3 Restaurants und 3 Bars, darunter Lakaz Rum, wo Sie am Lagerfeuer einen Aperitif oder Digestif in lokalen Farben genießen können. Food at presquil hotel is much better, variety and quality is much better !
I went on an all inclusive stay package, price higher ofc than a half board package at presquil and I would rather recommend presquil in terms of food package!
However, the place, the calmness, the beach, and privacy not that bad,.
Room was okay.
Service was ok.
But no connection on television for netflix or youtube was a bit surprising!

Chambre très propre nettoyé 3 fois par jours si besoin est.
L'équipe d'animation au top, merci Milena????????.
Différentes ambiances pour les bars, pour toutes les ambiances.
Juste le buffet du Cinamon un peu plus variés pour les plats chauds et les desserts avec plus de fruits.
Le pomelo est excellent vraiment à conseiller mais pensez à la réservation ????.
Et n'hésitez pas la Kaz nautique qui sauront vous renseigner pour les activités nautiques de l'hôtel.

The hotel itself is nice, some of the rooms are a bit dated but I booked a suite which was spacious and accommodating.
However the downfall was the service and food/drink.
Service:
Slow. Very slow. On more than one occasion I had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of wine with dinner. The staff are friendly enough don't get me wrong, but the service was poor.
Food/Drink:
Given this was an all inclusive, the amount of food/drink that was a paid surcharge was shocking. The food in the all inclusive was extremely poor, bland and repetitive. I'm not sure why they need a pizza corner every.single.night. Between myself and my partner we spend an extra £600 over the week just because we'd rather eat nice food - which is an extreme number after already paying for the privilege of all inclusive.
