Typical consistent Marriott product. Very comfortable room with a balcony. A bit out of the way from Old Lyon. Beautiful park across the street. Wonderful staff.

真的是很差，底下是夜店，一直到晚上三点墙都在在震，根本没办法睡觉。酒店门口是地下通道，出租车来的时候都找不到路来酒店接我。打电话给前台投诉半个小时没有人接。太烂了

Lovely hotel close to the botanical park. Friendly staff. Strong artificial smell in the lobby areas made a headache. Living mice running in the bar. Yes, fully true. They are called Tom&Jerry (collectively, we only saw 3-4 at the same instance while sipping beer in the bar) ????????????????

Venu à hôtel pour participer à un séminaire, je suis resté assez déçu
Hôtel n’a pas proposé des places de parking, l’hôtel n’a pas la capacité de réunir 400 personne (pas assez de machine à café, toilettes tout le temps surpeuplées……), le déjeuner en forme de buffet vraiment pas bon et limité heureusement nous avons profitez des rayons de soleil automnal
Bon je déconseille ce lieux pour réaliser un séminaire malgré un bel agencement

I always stay at this Marriott when I travel to Lyon. Been there 3 time now. Decent amenities, I like the fitness center as it has a smith machine and other decent machines. Location is quite far from city center. Onsite Italian restaurant is overpriced. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of selections. There are several nearby restaurants, but their operating times could be limited and food is mediocre. Hotel is next to a large park. You can rent a velov bike and ride around.

Court séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est plutôt bien situé. L’arrêt de bus est pas très loin. La chambre était propre, très spacieuse et calme. Le lit est confortable. Mais on sent que cet hôtel a perdu de sa fraîcheur d’antan. Il y a pleins de petits coups dans la salle de bain. Personnel agréable néanmoins.

Service et accueil de qualité. Propreté irréprochable. Table très sympa et conviviale. Seul bémol avec un problème de douche dans ma chambre signalé mais non réparé. Mis à part cela, c'est sincèrement très bien.

Generally speaking, the hotel was fine. Restaurant staff was very helpful. The bar staff was OK. The front desk staff, although multilingual, did not relay some of the constraints the hotel had, namely, the checkout process. We stayed there for five nights. On the 5th night, around 21h00, we returned from dinner to find that our door keys would not work. When I went to the desk to get it fixed, it seemed that the staff or management had locked us out of our room. This was done to force us to come to the front desk and attempt to get us to pay our 500€ bar bill and restaurant bill. They did not call us, send us a note or text, or slip something under the door recommending that we pay our bill the night before. Their reasoning was that the checkout process is long, so it was for our convenience. So, because the process was long, they took it upon themselves to just lock us out of our room. When my wife went down to pay the bill, the process took less than five minutes, including the discussion about why we were locked out. This was embarrassing, humuliating, and unnecessary, and the reason why we could not in good conscience give them anything over two stars.

Hotel i.o. , Badewanne ist undicht Zimmer stand unter Wasser.
Ermäßigung um 20€ war ein Witz.
Badewanne hat einen "alten" Riss..

Marriott étend sa présence en France en reprenant certains hôtels et en construisant d'autres. L'ancien Hilton a fait l'objet d'une rénovation soignée. L'accueil est très professionnel, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses,
un étage exécutif donne accès à un lounge un peu impersonnel. Le restaurant sert de la bonne cuisine d'inspiration italienne. On est en pleine cité internationale, c'est un peu désert le week-end, mais très tranquille et la ligne de bus en site propre vous conduit au centre ville en dix minutes.

Superbe hotel. Chambres luxueuses. Spa pas mal, il manquerai une piscine ! Le cadre est loin du centre ville mais il y a des bus et sutout le quatier est sympas. Petit déjeuné brunch exceptionnel
