Hotel inmitten aller Restaurants am Place de l'Horloge gelegen
Es liegt eingebettet zwischen all den Restaurants am Place de l'Horloge, sodass es nicht leicht ist, es zu finden. Die Lobby ist ziemlich eng. Aber das Hotel hat den Vorteil, dass es am richtigen Ort liegt! Nur wenige Schritte vom Papstpalast und der Brücke von Avignon entfernt, am Rande der Fußgängerzonen, am Ende der Rue de la République - mehr Hyperzentrum geht nicht. Die Zimmer im ersten Stock wurden mit einem bunten Wandteil renoviert, was eine kleine Abwechslung zu den anderen, eher standardmäßigen Zimmern darstellt.

We have made this booking on 5-8 May 23 , upon checking the hotel , we found out that that the aircon is not working and was told that the aircon will only be fixed on 9 may 2023 , That means that we will have no Aircon for the next 3 days we are staying in Hotel Kyriad Avignon which is not acceptable , that temperature in the day went up as high as 26-28 degree ,we ask the hotel staff and told him that we will check out and ask Expedia for a refund, Expedia told us that the hotel does not want to provide the refund which is unacceptable as the hotel didn't even provide the basic necessity for the guest which is to provide an basic air conditioning

Thank you for sharing your experience you had over a month ago. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us which lasted just a few hours We value our customers point of view and always try to improve us. We also value our comitment to minimize our energy footprint especially in these times of climate change and high demand on Energy. We also follow the French government guidelines issued on Octobre 11, 2022. As all French companies we have been asked to reduce our electrical consumption. So on an average early May in Avignon with temperatures as low as less then 9° Celcius with max below 26° Celcius we decided that it was not time yet to turn the AC on (May 5 Max temp in Avignon was 26.3 at 11h52 UTC). We even had clients who found the temperature too cold in the morning. A window left ajar was definitely enough to cool each rooms in the Hotel. I am sure you also value that all little steps mater when taking care of the environment. Once again we are sorry we did not give you full satisfaction while you stayed on our premises. Hôtel en plein centre ville, proche du palais des papes. Chambre confortable mais très bruyante sur rue avec camion poubelle tous les matins à 6h suivi de la mise en place des terrasses. Je pense que côté cour c'est plus calme. Petit déjeuner léger, sans œufs, ni bacon ni leur produit du moment pour cause de pénurie depuis plus de 15 jours. Je pense qu'il est possible de trouver des œufs à Avignon ???? accueil agréable.

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés de ne pas vous avoir donné satisfaction. En revanche permettez moi de revenir vers vous au sujet des horaires des camions poubelles. Nous ne maîtrisons pas ceux-ci car ils dépendent du Grand Avignon. Notre établissement est équipé de double vitrage typé aéroport qui généralement donne satisfaction à nos clients. En ce qui concerne les oeufs brouillés notre chaine préconise pour des raisons d'hygiène l'emploi de préparations qui sont elles constamment en rupture de stock. Nous le regrettons tout autant que vous. Comme vous l'avez remarqué nous n'avons pas de restaurant et les conditions pour préparer des oeufs ne sont pas réunies. Encore une fois nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir su répondre à vos attentes. Cordialement, Laurent D., Directeur.
