Perfect location, extremely clean, spacious and modern rooms, and Rosalie is an outstanding hostess who takes care of those staying at her Bed & Breakfast. The continental breakfast is available between 0830-1000 with fresh croissants, various cheeses, yogurt, crepes, bread, orange juice, and coffee. We greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay at Le Limas.

Le Limas er et hyggelig og personlig sted som anbefales! Nydelig frokost med gode oster og fersk juice på terassen! Vertinnen er hjelpsom og hyggelig! Beliggenheten er sentral innenfor muren, lett å finne fram! Obs at det ikke er heis i bygget. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake dit!

What a great little gem of a hotel. We really loved it and particularly the gorgeous terrace. Had the third floor room, but that wasn't a problem at all, especially as it had the best terrace access. Some reviews have complained about the lack of a lift, but its really not that far and it's not a building you could or should put a lift into. We turned down the kind offer of an upgrade to a lower down larger room for the latter part of our stay. Rosalie was a great and helpful host, the bed was very comfortable, the shower very good and the breakfast simple, but very nice. The hotel is also very well located close to this brilliant town and the mighty Rhone river.

We had a wonderful short stay here! The room looks exactly like the pictures and the location is central to most attractions as well as the train station. Breakfast includes a variety of croissants, bread, jams, cheeses, yogurts and crepes from 8:30 am-10am. No elevator in the building but good thing theres not too many floors to climb. Staying here is a great way to meet others and the host is a lovely person. We enjoyed our time here very much.

This bed and breakfast has rooms that are much bigger than your average hotel. It also has a terrace on the third floor where you can bring a bottle of wine and enjoy. The downside is you have stairs to get to your rooms. The breakfast is standard French, but it could use more protein and fruit.

Our stay at Le Limas was superb. Rosalie greeted us and provided warm service (in excellent English whenever our elementary French faltered!) throughout our stay, including providing a tasty breakfast spread, giving local recommendations, and helping us with travel mishap (she arranged a last minute taxi when our train to the airport was severely delayed). We were able to walk everywhere and would highly recommend Le Limas to anyone looking to explore Avignon and beyond!

Le Limas est un endroit absolument enchanteur. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli, ce qui a immédiatement créé une ambiance accueillante. Les chambres sont non seulement confortables, mais également élégamment aménagées, offrant une oasis de détente après une journée d'exploration. De plus, sa situation centrale en fait un point de départ idéal pour découvrir toutes les merveilles de la région. Ganz süßes kleines Hotel, ruhig gelegen aber dennoch zentral. Mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail. Bescheidenes, aber feines Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Durch die wenigen Zimmer sehr familiär. Alles perfekt sauber im Zimmer, wie frisch renoviert. Alle Fugen im Bad wie neu, die Wände wie frisch gestrichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier hinkommen. Ganz toll!

Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem zauberhaften kleinen Hotel. 1A Lage, sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La ubicacion es perfecta para visitar Avignon. Hay un parking publico proximo. La habitacion correcta y la atencion buena. Hay escaleras que subir que se hacen dificiles con maletas. Para recorrer Avignon y dormir a bajo costo es muy buena opcion.

Great location (block from palace and inside the ramparts of the old city), and Rosalie is a great host. Your typical French breakfast will keep you going to dinner. Beautiful little roof top terrace with view of the palace.

Idéalement située intra-muros, cette maison d'hôtes vaut le séjour. Les chambres sont accueillantes et refaites à neuf, et joliment décorées. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés, efficaces et discrets. La terrasse au dernier étage est très agréable. Merci à eux pour ce beau séjour. A choisir sans hésitation.

Attention, escrocs : demandent des plus-values totalement injustifiées, annulent deux semaines avant le séjour et ne vous remboursent pas les sommes avancées. A fuir.
