Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel de charme.
Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins, très souriante et d'une très grande gentillesse.
Les installations (spa, piscine, sauna, etc) sont très appréciables et offrent une vue sensationnelle sur le massif varois.
L'établissement est également très bien entretenu et le buffet petit-déjeuner est très varié et copieux.
Un point de chute idéal pour un week-end de déconnexion ou un plus long séjour pour profiter de l'arrière-pays varois.

Attached is a picture of a closed gate at 00:24. Ten minutes ago we were at the back gate also trying to get in. We pressed the button, called, pressed the button, called. Absolutely nothing, we are locked out.
We were willing to be relaxed about the chainsaw waking us up at 8am right outside our window. Tried to be understanding about receptions refusal to help us book restaurants or taxis, although we found this strange and unreasonable (every hotel assists with this, no?).
But locking guests out and then not even making sure someone is around to answer the intercom or phone is another level of not just irresponsible, but very bad manners.
My husband just climbed the fence to try find someone to help us. No one there ????
Stay in this hotel if you need an early curfew !

Chère Kirsteen,
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments subis. Votre clef de chambre n'ayant pas été déposée à la réception le veilleur de nuit ne pensait pas que vous étiez sortis et il était en train de faire sa ronde lorsque vous avez sonné.
Le portail est fermé pour des raisons de sécurité, Il n'a pas été absent très longtemps mais nous concevons tout à fait que cela ait engendré chez vous de la colère et une note négative sur tout le séjour
Nous vous renouvelons donc toutes nos excuses.

Great place - was at the hotel for a wedding. It's way off the beaten path, but a beautiful boutique hotel. Great rooms with beautiful views, and friendly staff.
They have free electric vehicle charging, plenty of parking and a nice pool. Gym could use an upgrade.
Overall, a nice place to stay if in the area.
