Remarquable accueil et professionnalisme des equipes

L'emplacement est top, la résidence est très bien aussi. La piscine et la plage a coté super.
Le personnel très accueillant. La chambre, pas très propre WC sale, cuisine pas propre et malheureusement pas de climatisation, c'est dommage car ca mérite mieux. proximité du départ en bateau pour Porquerolles excellente.

Idéal pour des visites dans la région.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Les propriétaires sont super attentifs et très sympa. Le table d'hôtes étaient aussi de très haute qualité.

A place with extreme pros and cons. Biggest pro is the location, immersed in the trees and very close to beautiful beaches and coves in the peninsula. Staff is also nice. Cons: The rooms are incredibly small. We know it from having done many exchanges with pierre and vacances, it's always like this with them, everywhere. If they say 4 people it means 2, and it's small even for 2. Our 4 people unit meant a bunk bed in a small corner of the entrance that looked like a prison, and 2 sofas in the main room that we made our beds. No room for a bedside table and just 2 plugs in the whole place. We were 2 and with not many clothes so we managed to store everything in the small wardrobe (shirts hangers are in the same closet of vacuum cleaner and brooms...) and store the sofas covers and other things on the bunk beds we didn't use. If we were 3 people I really don't know how we would have managed to keep luggages, bags and duvets out of the way. Kitchen was well equipped but many pans were scratched and some things were not properly cleaned over time. I know this is for the guests to clean but some check should be done by the staff to see if anything needs to be cleaned or replaced. The house was generally cleaned without care. We found some hair in shower wall, some food residues under the fridge, and the fridge door was very dirty. It was also very old, super noisy at night and the temp knob was broken. The fan was covered in dust. We had the ground floor room with an outside table and beach chairs in the access to the garden. Nothing was clean outside, chairs had stains and little poos from snails and insects. The outside table left our napkin black when we cleaned it. People from the balcony of 1st and 2nd floor left us little gifts from above during our stay: a peach seed, some cherry tomatoes, and some nails. One evening a man on 2nd floor was cutting his foot nails with his feet hanging outside his balcony and on our outdoor space. There is no umbrella or sun curtain provided so anything just after the table area is under the fate of what kind of neighbours you get above you. Don't leave your clothes and towels hanger outside of the covered area. We also smelled a strong smell of cigarette ash. The pool is nice but there are no rules and no staff, it's total anarchy, so it's full of kids and families jumping in the water, screaming, playing with balls and frisbees occupying the whole space. Not really relaxing. I think given the amount of adult and older people who spend much time around the pool, the staff should enforce at least a couple hours per day were no ball playing and jumping is allowed and older and quieter people can also relax and swim a little bit in the pool. It's nice to have an access to the sea, but we always went to more beautiful beaches in the natural park. Overall we enjoyed our stay given with an exchange we didn't pay full price and we really loved the peninsula and planned to spend mpst of the day out in some beaches and exploring, but seeing the full prices of a normal rent we would have been really disappointed and if we were more than 2 we definitely would have asked for some different solution, especially because we had enough exchange points for a 6 people unit but it was not available, so we even lost exchange points for this. Looks like there is a facade of a luxury resort but a lot of care lacks in the inside. Make sure you see photos of the room before booking and that you arrive in time to ask the staff for an extra cleaning or some new pans. Other than this, if you don't mind having a tiny space, it's really a strategic spot for visiting wonderful beaches and the pine trees keep the area fresh even in very hot days.

What we liked:
- close to the beach with very easy access
- the whole complex has nice flora and areas with shade
- the pool is nice and has partial shade the whole day
- on the property, near the beach are sun beds and umbrellas and showers
- the beach is clean with nice sand
- very nice sea view

What we didn't like:
- no air conditioning, especially at the top most floor, it gets very hot (30+ degrees at 10pm) because there are no trees to provide any kind of shade.
- no mosquito nets on the windows
- rooms were small and not well maintained
- there are some very loud bars nearby that sometimes play loud music with loud bass till 2am

It can easily be 5star if the owners put more effort into the room maintenance and customer comfort.

Es ist sehr traurig, wenn eine Klasse von jugendlichen Schülerinnen und Schülern inklusive ihrer Lehrer für ihr Abschluss-Lager den Platz und die Häuschen buchen und nur 4 Tage vor der Anreise eine unerklärbare Absage bekommen. Die Begründung, dass man einfach keine Gruppen nehme, ist nicht nur frech und erniedrigend, sondern ein Affront gegenüber jungen Menschen, die 1 Jahr vorbereitet und Geld gesammelt haben, um einen würdigen Abschluss für Ihr Schulleben zu finden. Der Einstieg ins Erwachsenenleben sollte erfreulich sein und nicht von rücksichts- und verständnislosen Managern eröffnet werden. Dieses Verhalten ist unter jeglichem akzeptierbaren Niveau.

Résidence très agréable

Wir waren das vierte Mal hier in der Residenz. Zuerst mal das Positive: Schöner Strand, schöne Anlage, Apartments z.T. neu renoviert, neue Liegen direkt am Strand. an der Rezeption bekommt man z.B. Tischtennisschläger, der Pool ist sauber und aufgeräumt.
Aber:
Es gab früher ein Restaurant. Das gibt es nun nicht mehr. Keine Möglichkeit für Baguette am Morgen, d.h. man muss sich selbst darum kümmern.
Und nun der zweite, kritische Punkt: Man wird permanent Beschallt! Es gibt ein Restaurant direkt beim Nachbarn. Dort läuft immer Musik, permanent sehr starke Bässe sind zu hören und das schon morgens um 10:00 Uhr. Es gibt live Musik, Karaoke etc. Und das jeden Tag. Zum Glück geht die Musik nur bis 01:00 in der Nacht, aber es nervt massiv. Die Qualität der Musik ist teilweise auch sehr kritisch; die Musikanlage ist auch extrem schlecht. Pierre et Vacances sollte auf der Homepage darauf hinweisen!
Wenn jemand Disco/Party Musik möchte, dann kann er das ja so wählen und da hingehen, aber die Qualität der Musik ist oft sehr dürftig. Oder man will den schönen Park, das Meer und die Anlage genießen - dann kann man da nicht hingehen, weil die Bässe überall zu hören sind (und das schon morgens um 10:00).
Schade um die schöne, ruhige Anlage.

location eccellente, camere un po' piccole, parcheggio gratuito incluso e spiaggia libera di fronte nella bellissima baia della Badine, dalla parte destra parte un percorso litorale di incredibile bellezza, con piccole spiagge dall'acqua cristallina...????

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer.

Plus: Emplacement parfait, et site plutôt privilégié. Le parc est très arboré, avec de jolies plantes. Piscine et terrain de volley / pétanque. Bien desservi par un bus qui va jusqu'au village de Giens et à l'embarcadère pour Porquerolles. Chambres plutôt bien isolées, et petit "jardin" pour les rez-de-chaussée. Bémol: Propreté de la chambre suspecte (odeurs des oreillers et rideaux). Lits non faits à l'arrivée, ou sinon payer un supplément. Grille-pain fait sauter les plombs! Manque un bon couteau pour cuisiner.

Cette résidence comme beaucoup de résidence Pierre et Vacances est très bien située. Celle-ci est sur la presqu'île de Giens, en bord de mer, et au milieu d'un parc arboré des plus agréable. Nous avons profité de la piscine, du terrain de voley et sommes allés sur la plage, tranquille en cette période de l'année. Le personnel est très accueillant, les logements sont propres et fonctionnels, kit ménage offert, et lave vaisselle dans chaque kitchenette. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end.

Résidence bien placée assez calme en cette periode hors vacances, avec petite piscine et accès direct à la plage. Les espaces sont très arborés, bien entretenus, ce qui est très agréable.
Les appartements sont corrects, propres mais petits : la chambre était trop encombrée de meubles pour une si petite surface, les toilettes trop etriquées et il faudrait mettre une barre de sécurité pour sortir de la baignoire (et je ne suis pas handicapée). Le gros point noir c'est le réseau GSM inexistant dans le secteur, toutefois le WiFi fonctionne correctement.
Je vous conseille de vérifier par téléphone le logement qui vous a été attribué...car dans notre cas nous avions sélectionné un logement au 2ème étage avec vue pinède et il nous a été donné un logement au rdc avec vue piscine ! !! Heureusement cela a pu être corrigé par tel car visiblement il y avait moins de monde (toutefois avec vue piscine ????). Bonne résidence pour des vacances en famille.

Purtroppo c'è stato molto vento in questi giorni. Però accoglienza e servizi top!
