UN MAS EN VILLE

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 18 Personen. Die Zimmer waren super schön und gut hergerichtet. Als Gruppe haben wir besonders den Pool und den Jakusi viel verwendet.
Bei Problemen wurde schnell reagiert. Der Strom viel aus und es hat sich schnell jemand drum gekümmert.

Struttura molto bella, in stile provenzale con piscina e vasca idromassaggio! La signora che ci lavora, Florentina, è gentilissima e disponibile, il valore aggiunto di questo B&B!

Établissement de prime à bord idéal. Nous avons néanmoins été déçus de la chambre qui nous a été attribuée au début de notre séjour :

- hauteur sous plafond insuffisante, nous nous cognons la tête dans la chambre.
- espaces communs exigus.
- porte d’entrée très lourde.
- présence de cafards dans la chambre (a priori c’est normal pour les chambres côté rue…).
- petit déjeuner bien trop cher pour la prestation fournie.

La note de 2/5 est uniquement attribuée en raison du fait que le gérant de l’établissement a bien voulu nous changer de chambre. Nous soulignons également la gentillesse des dames d’entretien qui font ce qu’elles peuvent.

Malheureusement, le rapport qualité / prix n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Nous ne reviendrons pas.

I would like to say that I would recommend this place but unfortunately here this is not the case. Starting from our arrival we noticed service is nonexistent. Although owner said he contacted me prior, I didn’t receive anything. Only email in French which luckily my boyfriend understood but if u see u have foreign tourists you should speak English right?
So we arrived from far away with two big luggages and we ring the bell. No one answered until my boyfriend called the place. They didn’t great us at all! We entered and had to carry 60 kilos luggages alone up to 3 rd floor.
Room was average, curtains are see through so you cannot sleep after sunrise. Balcony is best thing in this place, it s cozy and nice. Also except towels and soap don’t expect any amenities in the room. Bed is too small for two people 172 cm and 185 cm. We barely fit.
There is jacuzzi which you need to sign in before on the chalk. We did it, reserved place for 8 pm, came 8.05 and there was another guy in jacuzzi. So there is no one monitoring this! Swimming pool is too cold and since there is no sun in this terrace, it s not possible to use it.
Main entrance door are so heavy to open- I couldn’t open it myself. There is some breakfast they charge extra- we didn’t use it.
Room cleaning is not available as well.
On our check out day my boyfriend called to ask if someone can help us with luggage- guy said no.
Also there is no luggage storage.
No one bother to say goodbye, to ask us about our stay.. nothing.
I travel a lot and this is rare time I experience something like this. Zero hospitality, zero service zero interest in tourists. Just take money and bye bye. I would never stay here again! For this amount of money better choose some of the hotels and get proper service and avoid back pain from carrying 60 kilos by yourself.
