Hôtel très bien placé pour accéder au Vieux Port et/ou la Canebière. Possibilité de stationner devant l'hôtel le temps de faire son check in et de rejoindre ensuite le parking. Il faut bien suivre les explications de l'accueil pour accéder au parking sécurisé. La chambre classique est très fonctionnelle et la literie très bonne. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la Bonne Mère (merci à la réceptionniste). Petit déjeuner copieux (buffet) mais on rate surement beaucoup de bonnes petites choses du fait de plusieurs îlots espacés. Tarif contenus en ce mois de juillet.

Personnel au top, très attentif lors du checkin. Nicolas nous a trouvé une chambre avant l’heure. Merci à lui. Le buffet du petit déjeuner nous a comblé. On reviendra car en plus il est bien situé, à 15 mn de la gare St Charles.

Good hotel in the Vieux Port. Most of the staff at this hotel are helpful. The room was a good size. My only complaint was the breakfast! everything was dry, stale and cold. The coffee even came out of the machine freezing cold. I wouldn’t pay extra for the breakfast. The hotel has a gym and bar area which I enjoyed. I would say this hotel is just ok.

Très mauvaise expérience au service client.
Impossible d’obtenir ma facture par téléphone malgré l’urgence. On me demande d’envoyer un mail sans aucune considération, et on me raccroche au nez quand je demande à parler à un responsable. Inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing. Cliente régulière, je suis choquée par ce manque total de professionnalisme.

The hotel reception was quick, impersonal and offered zero “tourist” tips, things to do etc. I even had to ask if I could take a map of the city with things to do and see from the counter as it wasn’t offered. The room is a standard, small European room. It was cool and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very usable and clean. Black out curtains provided complete darkness, but even on the eighth floor, emergency vehicle sirens were heard all night long.
The lobby bar and lounge area was spacious and comfortable with many seating areas.
Included breakfast was the largest, most complete breakfast spread of the hotels were have been in. Delicious and fresh and beautifully presented. The machine brewed coffee however, left us flat.
The hotel is located close to the old port and only 14 minutes walk down hill from the train station, however the walk to the hotel from the train was so sketchy and uncomfortable that we decided to uber back to avoid the filthy streets, the uncountable homeless people laying on filthy mattress pads in every corner and the feeling of being sized up. The hotel is surrounded by the beauty of the architecture of the buildings that have been buried by the filth and depravity of addiction and homelessness.

Bonjour

La place de ce Mercure est très bien, juste à côté du Vieux-Port. J’ai adoré être sur 1112, je reviendrai à cette chambre.

L’accueil a été parfait !! En plus mes problèmes de santé, ça été vraiment génial. Merci

Le service de ma chambre (le matin, quand je sors), il y a bcp de petits problèmes. C’est arrivé plusieurs fois rien du tout dans le frigo. Le thé est arrivé après une semaine. Plusieurs fois, pas de café, je suis allé chez Nespresso pour avoir du café. Peignoir pas ramené.

Dans la photo du mail reçu et sur Mercure sur internet, pour le lit il y a 2 coussins « bleu », qu’ils n’y a pas sur 1112.
Vu le niveau de mon ancienne chambre, c’est bizarre.

Toilet was smelling all the time, room view was the worst, pillow were smelling dirty and when i asked to change i’ve been told that no one to cover the receptionist place so we need to wait 20 min, afterwards I received a call that there’s 1 pillow in the closet and i was asking to change the 4 pillows, it was totally disappointed stay

À la réservation il a un parking gratuit, à la sortie le parking est facturé ! À la réservation on annonce un restaurant, sur place un semblant de snacking !
L’accueil n’est pas très chaleureux ni sympathique.
Les prestations globales ne sont pas conformes à votre image.
Très déçu en global par rapport à toutes mes expériences dans votre réseau.
Je suis Client fidèle mais cette expérience me questionne sur mes prochains séjours !

I had a great stay at Hôtel Mercure Centre Vieux-Port in Marseille. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The bar was a nice spot to unwind in the evening, with a good atmosphere and quality drinks. I was also really impressed by the breakfast: plenty of fresh options, delicious pastries, and a great way to start the day.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marseille.

Firstly, the service was exceptional from everyone, start to finish. The room was a little cosy for two plus a baby but sufficient. The breakfast was ok but too many dirty plates and glasses. Staff were perfect and very helpful.
