De passage pour un séminaire. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres en pleine période caniculaire. Vu l'état des climatiseurs, la panne n'est pas surprenante, mais est-elle vraiment d'hier soir? Hôtel vieillissant.

sin aire acondicionado, y te hablo de 9 habitaciones diferentes, sin ventilación en los baños, hay cuevas con más iluminación que el baño.
Lo peor de todo, protestas en recepción y se hacen los sorprendidos de que no tengas aire acondicionado, cuando todos sabemos que es una práctica habitual de ciertos hoteles, precio de habitación bajo a costa de que?
Disponen de Internet, si, pero muy escaso, y no en todas las habitaciones, tecnológicamente hablando, hoy en día es muy complicado.

Nous avons dormi dans l’une des villas duplex en famille et nous avons adoré.
La villa est spacieuse avec une grande chambre, une mezzanine avec 3 lits. La salle de bain est grande et toute neuve.
La villa est très bien équipée avec une déco moderne, simple. Nous avions aussi notre petit jardin et notre place de parking juste devant.
On a pris le petit déjeuner à l hôtel Ariane juste à côté, avec une vue sur le lac et le vieux fos. Dépaysement total le temps d’un week end. L équipe est top, merci à Dorothée la Directrice et Florine.

A very rude gesture toward me and my company. Let me give you the lowdown:
After three of my colleagues had previously stayed at the hotel alone for almost a full month, one week, two weeks after my colleagues returned to Spain, I had a problem that the hotel didn't help me solve. On April 28, 2025, there was a general blackout across the Iberian Peninsula. My cards and phones weren't working. With no cash on me, I desperately decided to borrow €10 from the hotel, which my company would return as soon as the grid was restored, to put gas in my car so I could go to work the next day. The hotel refuses to lend me the money. It seems like a lack of empathy and humanity on the part of the hotel, after all the money my company lost, to leave me stranded like this. I won't be returning.
Aside from the mediocre breakfast and the air conditioning not working.
