The bathroom in our room was not maintained. The overhead shower did not work and despite reporting this it stayed the same for the whole 5 days. Other than that the room was okay. The women who appeared to be in charge of the roof top bar was possibly the rudest person I've come across in hospitality. The breakfast was excellent value for what was offered. On checking out I had been charged for mini bar purchases which I never made and when I complained they, without question removed them. This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything. I would stay here again but would expect a slightly better service and standard fir the money.

Ayant mangé deux fois au rooftop de l'hôtel la semaine passé, mon avis très positif, finesse des plats, bon rapport qualité prix des plats proposés, très bon cocktails, service attentionné du personnel du bar, belle vue sur le vieux Nice et la colline du château... nous avons passé un très bon moment, nous n'avons pas dormi à l'hôtel.

Perfect location easy to reach from airport eg. by tram (we did not because of the strike). Top floor room with basic level balcony and with a wide view over most other rooftops. Cleaning was only done once even though the cleaning request note was on the door handle for five hours. The joints of the shower's tiled walls had partly darkened (a typical problem caused by EU environmental directives, when necessary raw materials that protect against mold have been removed from grouts).||The breakfast was better than promised and expected incl eg. original fresh juices (so not a concentrated juice machine).||Outdoor pool is small one (appr. 4m x 7m). ||The pool bar desk was pitty, bar bit chaotic, every second order was forgotten. Instead the wholeness of the bar sitting area was perfect.||The room had an electronically operated blackout curtain for light sleepers and to block out the sun's rays.||The room air conditioning a bit inefficient but quiet.||Overall, not close to the Meridienne level in any way, but a good average level hotel through slightly over priced. Location is 10+.||The reception service was fast and clear. No changing space / room for late leavers.

Negatives-Our bathroom extraction didn’t work, the overhead shower didn’t work.Reported but ignored. The women who seemed to manage the pool bar/restaurant in the evening was very rude and needs training.||Positives - fantastic location, Breakfast was good value. The staff (bar one) were excellent. Cleanliness was good.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location.
