Manager and staff really not impolite and not nice. Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights while traveling for business. My company booked a big block of rooms for the whole week. There was a mistake in my stay and one night I didn't have a room. When I raised it to the reception and the manager, they were super rude, made me feel I made the mistake. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Rooms are ok, but not the most modern nor well maintained,

Stylish hotel with an amazing restaurant. The neighborhood was safe day/night, near restaurants, shopping, and amazing sights.

Simply, if I visit Paris, I would stay at this hotel again and again. Location is great and safe, all what you need is around you such as shops, restaurants, Metro and museums. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is excellent. I would like to thank all the staff especially Mr. Ibrahim who helped a lot to make our stay more comfortable. Also thanks to Mohammad, Nivada (house keeping) and front office employees. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel and staff are great. Especially Alexandra in reception, she went above and beyond to help us with our museum and dinner reservations. She is extremely knowledgeable and offered great insights and tips to our visit in Paris. She made the whole experience very personalized.

This is by far the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed anywhere in the world. The room that my wife and I have to stay is not only small, but the shower is over the toilet. I'm not kidding! You have to stand inches from the toilet. There is no way you can avoid the toilet without hitting it with your knees.
There is no place to put luggage except for one stand.
The staff are indifferent and could care less! My first time in Paris is starting out to be a memorable one and nit for good reason.
I wish I could post a picture of this bathroom.
I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!
