Loved everything about the hotel. Staff was very nice! Location was near many tourist sites! I highly recommend it! Will definitely be back!

Hotel muito agradável, atendeu as expectativas. Muito bem localizado, café da manhã delicioso e todos da recepção muito amáveis. É a segunda vez no hotel com o mesmo padrão de atendimento.

Mon amie est venue à Paris pour la première fois hier, pleine d’enthousiasme, et avait réservé cet hôtel sans aucun problème. Mais au moment de l’enregistrement, on lui a annoncé que l’hôtel était complet. Elle a été contrainte d’être transférée dans un autre hôtel, sous prétexte que les clients présents faisaient partie d’un groupe qu’on ne pouvait pas séparer.
Il était 22h, il pleuvait, et elle a dû traverser Paris avec ses valises pour rejoindre un autre établissement. Elle n’a commis aucune erreur, et pourtant elle a failli passer la nuit dehors. L’hôtel n’a exprimé aucune excuse ni le moindre geste. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c’est tout simplement inadmissible.

My friend came to Paris for the first time yesterday and was really looking forward to her trip. She made a reservation at this hotel without any issues, but when she arrived to check in, she was told that the hotel was fully booked. She was forced to move to another hotel because the current guests were part of a group that couldn't be split up.
So at 10 PM, in the rain, she had to drag her luggage across Paris to another hotel. She had done absolutely nothing wrong, and yet she was nearly left without a place to stay for the night. The hotel showed no apology or concern at all. For a four-star hotel, this is truly unbelievable.
One star. Avoid at all costs.

Room was a bit old but still clean and maintained
