Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern, Luxuszimmern und einem Restaurant mit bistronomischer Küche.
Hinter einer denkmalgeschützten Fassade verbarg sich das ehemalige Hotel Cécile. In den - recht geräumigen - Zimmern sorgen Licht- und Materialspiele für einen sehr kokonartigen Stil, wie auch im gesamten Rest des Hauses. Das Nonplusultra ist die Kissenkarte mit 5 Modellen zur Auswahl zwischen fest, Gänsefeder, kühlend etc. Die Badezimmer, in denen sich unbehandelter Marmor und Holz aus Oregon mischen, sind von natürlichem Licht durchflutet und die Möbel wurden von Schiffstischlern angefertigt. In den Luxuszimmern ist das japanische Bad aus einem Marmorblock gehauen.

Really lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help me during my stay (thank you to all of you!).
It's in a great area of Paris but on a quiet street so there is very little noise. The room was incredibly comfortable and I slept very well.
Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious.
I'll definitely be staying again next time I'm in Paris.

A normal building without any facilities is equivalent to a 2-star hotel. The appliances and faucets and the heating system were broken, the breakfast was awful and poor, a lot of construction noise from outside the room was annoying. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. And with an extremely expensive price.
There is nothing to love about this hotel and it's just fake advertising.

Stayed here for two nights with our two young children (3 & 11 month old). Customer service was wonderful from beginning to end. We were welcomed with a few pieces of pastries and a travel size bottle of perfume. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Here are a few pros & cons:
Pros:
- Wonderful customer service
- Close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and a few major attractions
- Very quiet - we slept well
- Cute reception area
- Hotel took care of parking for us (at an added cost), which was extremely helpful, as parking isn’t the easiest to find in Paris.
-Non-carpeted floors
Cons:
- A bit outdated with certain things
- Room was small & stuffy
- The door in our room did not shut all the way on its own, so we had to make sure to pull it shut when leaving/entering the room

- Wonderful customer service

The rooms are as expected for a boutique hotel; nice size bathroom, and sit in bath along with shower. The bath chair was a nice touch but its constant refusal to stay still when filled up was a little annoying and the floor in the shower slight damaged.
Though there is never a concierge at this types of hotels, the reception staff were exceptional. Jennie was great at giving us directions, incredibly helpful and always smiling.
I would say that the buffet breakfast was fine, nothing special and if I were the hotel I'd focus on improving this, though again all of the staff were super friendly and nice.
If your looking for a Ritz, Savoy, Dorchester, etc... this isn;'t your hotel, but if you want a peaceful, happy, easy and simple 5 star hotel you'll be happy you selected the NELL.
